He's always looking to help me save my money so that its not wasted on the unnecessary and has been successful in figuring out problems the dealership couldn't figure out. When I've bought a new (used) car, he let me know what fails on it a lot and what to look out for (a couple years later the thing he said would go, did in fact go, and it was great I knew to keep watching it)! His daughter takes a bit of getting used to in the front office, but has improved over the last year, so for those that were turned off for that reason, its improved!

Carroll's was recommended to me by an acquaintance who used to be a mechanic in a different area, and knew that Carroll's had a good reputation. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online for the following week. In the reservation I was able to type out exactly what I thought my auto problem was and how I would like it addressed. I received an email confirmation from the office with a personalized acknowledgement of my reservation. I had a question prior to my appointment which was politely answered by _____ at the front desk. The office had plastic guards up at the check in desks as well as social distancing markers on the floor. Dennis checked me in and confirmed what work and inspections were to be done on the car, and let me know that I would be contacted after it was inspected and how I would like to proceed. Only had to wait about 90 minutes later the inspection was done. I received an email notification including a link to Caroll's site which broke down what parts were suggested to be replaced, why the need to replace them, what those parts specifically do, and the severity of how strongly they were recommended to be replaced. I hadn't seen something like this before and it was very cool. Also very helpful to use for reference in the future. Shortly after Dennis at the front desk called me and broke down what was recommended to be fixed and at what price including labor. A very positive experience across the board. Thank you Carroll's.

Before choosing my new tires, Kris did a full tire consultation with me and even went out to my car to personally evaluate the tires I currently had. He took the time to ask what I actually wanted out of my tires and then walked me through my options based on those needs. He compared the tires I previously had--which were significantly more expensive and had considerably less mileage on them--with other available options, and explained everything from expected mileage and safety to fuel efficiency. I never felt rushed or like I was being pushed toward the most expensive option. I actually felt like I understood what I was buying and why it was the right choice for me. I had made an appointment online beforehand, and from the consultation to having my new tires installed and getting an alignment, the entire process took **about an hour and 15 minutes**. The efficiency was seriously impressive! I also want to mention something that made this experience especially meaningful to me. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I have a pretty strong aversion to anything mechanic-related. I explained to them that we had this set on for about 4yrs and there was so much wear to them already. I explained to them how our steering wheel seems crooked and if they could tell us what the problem was, that would be fantastic. They were running a sale on lifetime alignment for 169.99 and we signed up. We left with our new tires and were told they fixed the alignment as well. About three weeks later, we went camping and when we returned, my husband noticed the two front tires were worn very bad inside. He was not happy. Steering wheel still crooked also. So we called the Firestone in Holly Springs (since we live near by). We explained what was going on and let me just say they went well above and beyond! The young gentleman, Rance-helped us. He replaced the two front tires for us, and he also replaced all 4 of our tie rods and adjusted our alignment where the steering wheel is straight! We weren't charged a cent extra!!!! Yes I had a lot of questions, he was just playing on his phone most of the time and sitting on the counter and seemed irritated when I asked a question, sighing and huffing and puffing. I asked what was wrong with him and he said it was what was going on in the back I told him he needs to learn how to handle stress, and multitasking without taking it out on customers that have nothing to do with the situation I work in the medical field and take customer service seriously. I told him I could have corporate on speed dial and he said call them if you want. He probably loves at home with his parents, no regard to customer service and is not worried about bills or a place to stay and willing to lose his job. lHe just doesn't care.
