But I'm sure it would capture how you chase after me to the street and told me not to post online. Sry I still did. Best of luck. I'm very disappointed with how this appointment was handled. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00am. While I was parking, I received a call informing me that they had a scheduling conflict due to unknown reasons and asked if I could reschedule to 10:45am. I want to note that I've experienced occasional time adjustments here in the past, and I've always been understanding. However, this was extremely last-minute, and despite that, I still agreed to wait and proceed with the 10:45am appointment. Right before the rescheduled appointment, Carol told me to leave, citing my "attitude" as the reason. There was no apology for the original scheduling conflict and no attempt to handle the situation professionally. I'm not interested in debating the subjective interpretations of "attitude". The point is, if Carol believed that I should not receive service due to my "attitude," that should have been communicated immediately after I agreed to reschedule, not after I had waited in the salon quietly for about 20 minutes, right before the rescheduled appointment was about to begin. As I was leaving, Carol followed me outside and asked me not to post anything online about the incident, which I found inappropriate and concerning. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location.

I did a set of extensions when I first moved here, but I really love the convenience and longevity of the lash lift + tint. I went here and had the most wonderful experience with Kathleen. She was calm, patient, attentive to detail, and was the most lovely source of conversation. :) The results were also so incredible. I have had so many lash lifts in my life, and some turn out okay, others turn out uneven, and some even accidentally lift your bottom lashes in the process. I have had the full spectrum of good, bad, and amazing lash lifts and I have to say, I left this appointment thinking wow, this must be the best lash lift I have ever gotten. Really excited to be returning to her services later this week. I would highly recommend for a soothing, amazing experience and outcome. Don't hesitate, just book! She's a hidden gem and you'd be supporting small businesses. She also does great facials I hear, which I am going to look into next!

The place was nice and clean and they had complimentary coffee/ tea/ water. Bottom line: SERVICE: Erika is very sweet and was a pleasure to talk to. She was also fast and it only took her 1.5 hours. BEDS: I hope they get pillows for under the knees very soon for back support. LASHES: My lashes look great. However, there aren't any lashes added to the outer edge of my eyes. But I know they can't support much weight on the outer lashes though. I would recommend asking for lashes all the way to the edge. It looks more dramatic that way. Overall I will be back!

I got my lips blushed back in May and have been SO happy with the outcome! She really takes the time to map out every part of your lips because these are YOUR LIPS- it can understandably be a very nerve wrecking experience but you are in such great hands seeing Anh! Before any needle touches your face she asks if you are happy and will explain what she's doing at each step so you feel comfortable Each session is a little long so be prepared to bring headphones or fall asleep. Relaxation is a must! Healing was so fast and I have my eyebrows microbladed and I can say my experience with lip blushing is way easier as for as permanent makeup goes! I'm so happy with my lips and I'm excited that these will last a couple years before getting another touch up!

She suggest I start with just a mini set to see if I had any reactions and educated me about what I might be sensitive to. No reactions and I have come back to her each time with fantastic results! I also asked her to try out a few different styles as I was trying to see which one suited me the most and she knew exactly what I was looking for. Super wonderful to work with and my lashes always look great after I see her. Pandemic- her studio is very clean + she's worn a mask every time I've seen her during the pandemic and requests her clients to do the same. I've had my lashes done by several people and it has been a consistent amazing result. I know this because I am constantly being asked who does my lashes. Literally, I can be in a group of five friends who all have lash extensions and I get the question - that's how I know they're good. Ok, plus the mirror... Anyway, she has super competitive pricing and a comfortable salon. And whoever wrote the review abou them "not having blankets?!??" If you pay twice as much somewhere and I'm sure they will wrap you in mink but if you want one at Nikki's, heads up...all you have to do is ask. They're in the back. I've never needed one because it is plenty toasty in there:)

The old salon I was going to was getting pretty much impossible to get into because of how popular they were becoming. Good for them, but sad for a regular... So on to Nikki I moved! One thing that I REALLY like about Nikki is she gets lashes done QUICK. My old spot was taking an hour plus, and Nikki gets my volume fill done in 30-45 minutes. Her prices are also a tiny bit cheaper than where I was going as well, which is an added bonus. Nikki does a great job with my lashes. They always look nice and full when she's done, and the glue seems to hold REALLY well. I go every two weeks and at that point I'm in need of a fill, but it's not tooo noticeable yet. I could honestly probably go three. The retention is great. Final note - I live in the Federal Way area and I make the trek to West Seattle for my appointments. Definitely give her a chance if you're on the hunt for a new lash artist!

I have been…read morecontemplating getting microblading done on my eyebrows, so I felt this was the perfect time to do so as her studio is located conveniently next to Southcenter mall and she had availability on a free weekend I had. The reasonable price was also very attractive, so I went ahead and booked an appointment about a week in advance. The session took about 2.5-3 hours; the first hour was focused on mapping out my brows to a shape we both liked and shaving/removing the excess eyebrow hairs to clean them up. Then she applied the numbing gel which took about 30 minutes to activate. Finally she got to the microblading process; some parts didn't hurt and some parts hurt quite a bit, but no pain no gain I guess! When she was finished she gave me a mirror to check them out and I was so amazed on how good, clean and natural they looked! Three days later and they're still looking amazing. She advised me on the aftercare and gave me a little kit for it which included a healing oilment I have to apply three times a day for the next week. She also recommended doing a touch-up appointment in 6-8 weeks, so I'll be scheduling that soon. Thanks so much for my beautiful brows, Izabella!
