Good gluten free business. But a lot of the items were dry and stale. Eclair was amazing. I wanted to go back to order more. Baguette was very good too, but I would have liked options without spices in it. I was planning on going back, but ran out of time.

I would come here regularly and often for the friendly service (speak English), dependably delicious food and clean, adorable setting. The carrot cake, salmon brioche bun and chi-coco pudding were all fantastic.

I made the trek out here because it's a gluten free bakery...in Paris! I wasn't wowed at the start but my takeaway order finished strong. *Vegan cookie - edible and large portion but unimpressive. Wouldn't order again. *Chocolate hazelnut cake - Delicious. Large slice. Comforting and rich yet dairy free! Nuts were perfectly roasted for an added crunch. *Tarte citron - Impressive. Well done. Devoured by a non GF group too. Wish it was dairy free but worth each bite. *Baguette - it was a little soft/spongy, but with a few min in the toaster: very satisfying Also, the WHOLE bakery is gluten free. And in Paris. A great find! Tip: Being your own bag to pack your takeaway goodies. Otherwise, holding items awkwardly might mess up your shopping day, as it did mine.

My wife has celiac and it can be difficult to find gluten free restaurants so we were happy to find this place. Especially in a place known for pastries!! It's a small place, having about 5 tables and a long table which seats about 8. Wow!! They had a little bit of everything and certainly do a great job of creating delicious treats for the gluten free crowd. My wife was very pleased with all the items she tried. We even took a few things with us when we left. For me, I occasionally dabbled in the gluten free. This time around I was 50/50. I had a baguette with ham and Emmental cheese and a cinnamon roll. I didn't particularly care for the baguette, however my wife thought it was great!! As for the cinnamon roll... it was delicious!! You couldn't tell the difference between it and a "normal" version. The only reason for 4 stars.. the coffee machine was out of service. That's a must in my opinion.

Amazing amazing amazing! If you need to be eating gluten free and find yourself in Paris, I can't recommend NoGlu enough! Their croissant is buttery and flakey and they had so many other pastries that were delicious.

i trenched a foreign path to come across this land of gluten free goodies. it was a quaint little bakery and easy to spot. i got there a little late so i unfortunately missed some gluten free croissants but i was happen to discovery a gluten free donut. in all my years of gluten free ness i have yet to come across a homemade gluten free donut. i'm beyond excited to announce that i consumed it and it was delicious. also on my quest, i was able to obtain a gluten free baguette. in the heart of paris, there are many baguettes but none so epic as a gluten free one. this baguette was also amazing. i suggest many go on this unforgettable journey to NoGlu.

Fantastic gluten free pastry and lunch options. Friendly service. The store is quite small and warm, so I recommend doing take away and finding a garden near by to eat your tasty treats!

Okay. I hate to do this since I am so grateful Noglu is an option. However, the two times I went here I was disappointed. First of all, the staff is rude. But, okay you get used to that quickly in Paris. Second of all, their pastries are good, but I've had way better around paris (e.g., La Manufacture du Sans Gluten and some other bakeries in Montmartre). Now, this veggie burger. I don't know if I translated incorrectly or what, but this is a sandwich loaded with big chunky veggies. It was so hard and awkward to eat. Not enjoyable at all! I brought it home and combined it with another meal. Every time I show someone this picture (French and American) they chuckle at the huge pieces of broccoli. I don't know, to each their own, but it was just a very awkward sandwich. I was expecting an actual patty of some sort? Side note: during on of my visits, there was no sink to wash your hands after the bathroom. It was quite gross given that you touch all of the food and surfaces.

I was surprised to see that what seemed like a random cafe was actually a gluten free restaurant that also had vegan options! I tried the chocolate hazelnut cake which was the perfect treat! I couldn't really tell it was gluten free and it didn't matter, I was in heaven for a moment.

Salmon bun with side salad! So much smoked salmon, really generous portion.

Delicious! A really lovely place for someone with gluten intolerance in Paris. Staff were lovely and helpful, service was quick, prices were reasonable. Didn't have to wait for seats on a busy Tuesday afternoon Got the salmon bun (excellent), a chocolate & hazelnut loaf (divine), and a tasty oat milk latte! Plus got some gorgeous noodles to cook at home and a brioche loaf highly recommend!

Sadly, the baguette was kind of mushy and not crispy. I did not enjoy the flavor compared to the other ones I've had in the neighborhood. The croque monsieur had a generous pile of gruyère melted on the sides of the bread with a proportional amount of meat and filling on the inside. With the croque monsieur warmed up, it made a perfect brunch meal with the ube latte. The ube latte is exactly what you would expect but crafted carefully. I would just go back for this delightfully warm concoction in the morning. The service to go along with this made this experience more pleasant as it seems most of the employees were filipinos. They were quick to receive you and leave you beyond satisfied. The shop exudes the classic parisian aesthetic that most people would romanticize and I am glad I experienced it. I would come back for the pleasant experience - try out Merci Jérôme!

I had a mimosa also which was 20 euros (too much). There is a long wait for a table at Carette as it's become very popular thanks to Tik Tok and IG. We stood in light for about 30 minutes. The staff does a great job of keeping things moving as quickly as possible, but they can only do so much as people are relaxed while enjoying their hot chocolate and treats. We noticed several tables around us getting strawberries and cream which looked amanzing but the price of this was not listed anywhere in the menu so we opted to not be sticker shocked any further (a-hem 20 euros for one glass of mimosa). Ultimately, Carette offers delicious hot chocolate and it's great to say that you went there, but I can't imagine having hot chocolate in 90 degree farenheit weather outside, after standing in line for 30 minutes, but do you boo! We ordered mixes of omelettes and Benedicts. All came with nice small whole potatoes and a little sour cream. You can modify or add quite a bit. Eggs are your choice of style ultimately and apparently the brunch includes pancakes. We were confused by that and they come after you've eaten the other items. I'm not sure if we paid for that or not but we chose to move on without. It came with your choice of tea or coffee AND a small orange juice.
