Let me begin with this review by stating, crepes are not my favorite and so my review may be slightly influenced by this fact. That being said it's located in the lovely Montparnasse neighborhood in Paris. So the scenery and atmosphere are perfect Paris. The place is small and has limited seating. The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The crepes were definitely the best I have ever had, but I still hate crepes ;-P

Galette Vitre - buckwheat crepe with cheese, mushrooms, tomato (in place of ham) and egg - perfection!

Had a wonderful lunch there during our visit to Paris. A charming creperie that was busy yet giving everyone ample attention with their service. The gentleman noticed me struggling with the French menu items so presented us with English menus. So much easier to understand I had a galette (buckwheat pancake) as it's gluten free and it was delicious! Mine was topped with cheese, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms. No reactions there either! Daughter had a crepe with Nutella and ice cream, and she enjoyed it a lot.

My husband and I enjoyed our moment out of the rain when we had dinner at La Creperie Bretonne. The creperie I intended for us to go to was closed that day, so we surveyed all the other creperies nearby and ended up choosing this location. Although I don't have any other crepes in Paris to compare this to, it seemed like we made a good choice. This place did offer an English menu for tourists, but all the people sitting around us were locals. The menu had a long list of different savory and dessert crepes. My husband and I ordered a few different crepes, and we enjoyed every single bite. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed in the Montparnasse area for a few nights, and discovered this gem in the several blocks of what appears to be all creperies. Crepe Row, if you will. It's a quaint place, as most are in Paris, but the interior is lovely and inviting. Be careful as you walk downstairs to the toilette, as the spiral stair case is quite narrow. Staff is also friendly and efficient, and can speak English, too! Diners look to be a good mix of locals with a few tourists (me)! The menu has a vast selection of savory and sweet crepes. Even better that menus are available in English. Oui oui! That proved to be quite helpful especially since this was the first place we went to after our long international flight. Anywho, I went with the Vitre crepe - egg, cheese, ham and mushrooms. The buckwheat crepe was light and seemed 'healthy' enough. The crepe was so huge and definitely filling, and absolutely delish. I loved how the egg sat right in the middle, and was enough to spread over the entire crepe. Unfortunately, I didn't have room for a dessert crepe, but in looking at the other tables' desserts, they looked wonderful with the nutella and other decadent spreads and sauces. With so many creperies to choose from in this area, I'd definitely recommend this one, and would gladly return on my next visit to Paris. Au revoir!

Overall fantastic crepe shop. We stopped here on our final night in Paris because it was close to our hotel and it was very cheap and delicious. The service was great and they were all really friendly and quick to bring all of our food out. You could even watch them cook the crepe on the side if you wanted! We recommend the caramel of course, but i'm sure all of their offerings are fantastic.

butter, sugar and lemon crepe & the banana nutella crepe - really good (how could it not be considering those ingredients) but definitely not the best in Paris - not even close. There are a lot of other crepe shops on the street - you won't be sad here, but i'd be keen on trying another place house (red) wine was good service was quick and friendly

Gallette with ham cheese mushrooms and egg topped with butter

Came here for our first meal in Paris. We went inside and were greeted and given a place to sit. Our server was very kind and gave us English menus and tried his best to tel us about the town he is from in English which was much appreciated given the fact that we speak barely any french. I ordered a galette with ham, cheese and fresh mushrooms. My boyfriend ordered a galette with ham cheese mushrooms and egg. At the end we split a crepe filled with chocolate and banana topped with a flaming liquor. The food was amazing definitely recommend!! Very friendly staff.

Potatoes, cheese, sour cream and chives - nom

OH MY GOODNESS. Mo' cheese, mo' betta. I loved all of the crepes we had here, but I think the triple cheese was my ultimate favorite ... it felt completely sinful eating cheese on cheese on cheese, but each was so good and so flavorful that I just couldn't stop. I also liked the potato/ham/chive crepe, though I could have actually done without the salad that came on the side. I really appreciate that the crepes are made with different whole grains: whole wheat, buckwheat, etc. Makes for a more filling, hearty, and (somewhat) healthier meal. My husband and I also loved our dessert crepe, which was made with dulce de leche, almonds and ice cream. I don't think we left anything on the plate! Can't give five stars, because the service is minimal/rushed ... but the crepes are worth the very small trouble!

Whenever we are in Paris it is our go to creperie. It is our favorite for both savory and sweet. Have always been greeted by friendly staff.

2nd visit at this creperie. The first one went well. The staff was helpful and the crepes were…read moregood. However tonight was a disaster. I arrived at 10 PM with 2 Singaporean friends. There was just one couple and their baby in the restaurant. We asked the waitress for a table outside. The manager told her to tell us no. We agreed to stay inside. We were given a table right next to the couple when all the other tables in the restaurant were free. We were told that we had to be done in 30 min, whereas they were supposed to be open for another hour. My friends agreed to eat quickly. As we sat down I heard the manager telling the waitress in French to tell us to leave in 30 min. He told her one more time. We just sat down. They haven't taken our orders yet but the instructions were to get us out in 30 minutes. I stood up and told the manager that if he doesn't want us there we can leave. He said no we can stay 30 - 40 min. So apparently if you can speak French you get an extra 10 min. I yelled at him in French for the way he was treating customers. He apologized and offered to treat us to drinks. We decided to leave. So it seems to me that this place doesn't welcome foreign customers and will take advantage of them if they don't speak French. Will I come back? No To whom do I recommend this? No one. Creperies around Montparnasse area are a dime a dozen so go somewhere else you're not missing anything beside a bad manager who doesn't want to work his full shift.

I added spinach to chicken with herbs and mushrooms. The lemon crepe for dessert was delicious too, but I am still savoring the combination of fresh herbs, butter & skills of the chef that made my main course:) I didn't remember to take a pic of my chicken galette, but took a pic of the lemon crepe. If you are in the area, this is a good place to stop.

This is a great little food stand that is built into the exterior of the Cafe de la Place. While…read morethe Cafe de la Place is fairly boring and expensive (typical tourist trap brasserie) this small vendor is a treasure. The owner/chef is very proud of his operation and prepares crepes and sandwiches before your eyes as you wait with a selection of very fresh ingredients. If you want avocado and fig in your sandwich, well, he will cut them up for you from a whole fruit! Maybe don't try to change your order too much because the chef has a very clear idea about what ingredients go well together :) The crepes are quite traditional in terms of the selection of toppings of ham, cured ham, cheese, mushrooms, and egg... But they do not fail to please the taste-buds. The sandwiches are more exotic with choices like fresh mozzarella di buffala and roquette/arugula and on a fresh baguette they are delicious and filling. Crepes are from 3.5-6.5 euros and sandwiches are 5-7 euros so its a great deal if you feel like avoiding the cantine or a McDonald's...or like avoiding to pay 6 euros for a Coca Cola in the Cafe de la Place next door (how much would a sandwich cost???). However, the cafe (if they are not too busy) will probably let you eat a crepe/sandwich at one of their outdoor tables if you buy a drink from them (but be warned, the crepe might be the cheaper portion of your meal...) Bring cash and enjoy one of the best crepe stands in Paris!

Food is very simple. Better to go somewhere else if you are looking for a better French cuisine…read moreexperience.
