Crepe
Lynn J.

This place is a gem. I had the strawberries and cream crepe and a skinny vanilla latte. It was so good. They stuff it with strawberries. They are not stingy with them like most places. I love a good crepe and they are hard to find. I will be back to try others. They have a lot of different ones. They do have other breakfast options. I didn't bother to look though. Several different coffees and teas to chose from. I'm excited to try the teas. The staff was very pleasant. This is a must place to try. I will be back for sure!

Good quality coffee and the crepes were spot on. The ginger bourbon peach was tasty but the croque madam won my heart. A terrific savory dish that surprised me. They also offer gluten free options for the crepes. While I did not partake, I'm glad they make the effort. Lots of specials on coffee and unique offerings for boba varieties.

Confused about the name change to 555 crepes, but so glad we found this place! Legit coffee, and legit crepes. First time being here and we will definitely be back!!!

The CremeBrulee Crepe!!!... That is actual hardened sugar on top and a delicate custard inside!!! W O R T H I T ! ! !

I strolled in here because I was in the area and had an hour+ to kill just before noon. Needed a pleasant coffee and something to pair it with. Reviews were good and not everywhere does crepes. The front door is set aside and causes a question of the atmosphere upon entry. The store itself is simple and long with an open setup and bar seating. The menu has a variety of choices and options not usually found elsewhere. Next time I need to try their teas...! I had a WhiteMocha and the CremeBrulee crepe. Sooooo Happy with my life choices right now!!! The coffee was PERFECT!!! Not: super hot, rich, sweet, bold... anything... Well presented, precisely flavored, and just what I secretly wanted inside! The Crepe!.!.!.!.!.!. Totally try that one! It's such an experience beyond most crepes!!! The custard did not spill out with cutting but stayed with every bite! The sugar on top was just what you want from CremeBrulee. The decadence was not overbearing!!! Can't wait to try more!!!

Had a lovely breakfast today. Tried the smoke salmon crepe and the loose tropical coconut oolong tea. The crepe was great. Maybe a teensy bit salty, but given that it's made with smoked salmon, I won't give them too hard of a time for that. The crepe itself was cooked nicely, and the onions inside were a tangy, lightly crunchy compliment to the other components. I enjoyed my tea and the chance to try one I've not had before. They have a nice set-up if condiments you pick from to doctor you your drinks or dishes. The service was friendly and prompt. Not rushed but not slow. WiFi allowed me to get some work done while enjoying a more indulgent breakfast than the typical work day. I'll definitely be back to enjoy some more offerings in the future. Keep up the good work, Noe's.

California Turkey Crepe

Great whole in the wall place. There is a little bit of a wait for the food but it is worth every bit of it. They make every order fresh. I had the Turkey crepe and it is to die for. Will be back for sure

Poor sanitation. Owner cannot take feedback; has attitude. Checked in at 11:52 and waited 20 minutes for a crepe and a sandwich at which point we were told we had "two orders in front of us". In that time I observed: Spring mix greens sit out on an unrefrigerated ledge. Bare, unwashed hands are used to level out espresso grounds before putting on the espresso machine. Non-disposable, filthy looking rags are used to clean the counter. What seems like the owner's wife told her son who brought out drinking glasses from the back not to place them with the rim touching the counter. He disregarded her, the way adolescent sons disregard their mothers, and he flipped them over but did not remove the contaminated cups. Mom then came by with a rag she pulled out of her apron (contaminated?) and wiped down all the glasses to place on the condiments station for the lemon water. When I first got there, I went to get a glass of the lemon water and decided against it because all of the glasses had condensation or were dirty--and were (against mom's instructions) placed rim down. Plenty of warm bodies standing around in each other's way but not getting food out means hugely inflated labor costs and they still don't manage to get a sandwich made in 20 minutes or more. I approached the owner and asked for a refund so we could leave. He didn't engage at all to ask why we were leaving and wanting a refund. He handed me back a receipt with only the food refunded and a comment at the bottom that said "couldn't wait". I told him that he needed to remove the drinks as well. He said "you got those though, right?" And I pointed to the half consumed drinks on the counter and said "yea, but I'm not leaving because I 'couldn't wait' I'm leaving because you have serious issues with sanitation". As he was working the register, I pointed out to my dining partner the counters being cleaned off with nasty looking rags. The owner looked back at her and didn't seem bothered at all, not saying a word to her. He refunded the two coffees and we left at 12:20.

Creme Brûlée (left), California (right) crepes.

Hands down one of the best crepes I've had. We had the Creme Brûlée and California crepes and both were bomb! The creme brûlée crepe was caramelized to perfection with just the right crunch to it. The California crepe was stuffed with avocado, cheese and turkey deliciousness. The Thai iced tea was served at the right tea and cream ratio. The service was beyond amazing, Daniel welcomed us with a great smile and good jokes. Definitely made this cafe feel like a home away from home. Thanks for making this Texas stop an amazing one!

Noe's is still going through their soft opening so they were a little scattered when we went in but still worthy of a good review. First, address is wrong. They are located on Old Conroe Rd in the strip center right across from the new Xscape Theater. We had already eaten dinner and were looking for a spot to get something sweet prior to our movie starting. This definitely hit the nail on the head. My hubby got a Nutella crepe with strawberries and bananas. The fruit was fresh. This was his first crepe and he loved it. I got the Creme Brûlée. It was very delicious. The sugar on top was a little too "done" for me but it was good! They were large in size. We both ended up taking leftovers home. We are not coffee drinkers but I did order the hot chocolate. To be honest, it was awful and I wouldn't recommend that as a beverage choice. Overall, I'd love to go back and try some other flavors of crepe or their normal menu.

Our savory fan favorites are the kids chicken Alfredo (hold the mushrooms), Philly cheesesteak, the steakhouse, & the aforementioned dessert. Each crepe (minus dessert) comes with a side salad; which makes for a hefty serving that allows each plate to be shared easily. Freebie nights (sometimes not even requiring a purchase) can be overly crowded. So opt for Wednesday if you have littles each adult entree allows a free kids meal. Wholly Crap! I…read morerarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. I came in with my husband and our three children. The gentleman who took our order was perfectly nice and welcoming. My husband and all three of my kids ordered food, and I ordered a coffee. Later, when the lady/owner came out from the kitchen to serve the food, she asked me what I wanted. I simply told her, "I'm not hungry, I'm okay with my coffee." As she walked away, she called me "weird." I honestly couldn't believe it. We were a family of five sitting there, four people were eating, and I was a paying customer as well. Why would it be "weird" that one person at the table simply wasn't hungry? I wasn't complaining, being difficult, or asking for anything special. I was sitting there enjoying coffee with my family while they ate. The comment was completely unsolicited and made what had otherwise been a pleasant experience feel incredibly uncomfortable. As a restaurant owner, you would think making your customers feel welcome would be the bare minimum--not making personal comments about them because they chose not to order food. The gentleman who took care of us was very pleasant, and I want to make that clear. Unfortunately, the interaction with the lady/owner completely changed the experience for me. There are plenty of restaurants where my family can spend our money and be treated with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, after this interaction, we won't be returning.
