If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the Golden Girls 40th Four Pack for my daughter's birthday back on August 28th, 2026. She has never received it and I have had no correspondence back from them. I've tried emailing them at their support@nockingpointwines.com numerous times and have not received any response. Tried calling them and it says your call cannot be completed. So now I'm out $120.12. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NOCKING POINT WINES!!! Not sure if the company as a whole has closed or not because they do not respond to any communication but seem to be happy continuing to take money. Phone is disconnected, help page on website is a broken link, and emails are never returned. However, they still charged their subscription fee right on time... despite not delivering orders. Charged me for the last 3 quarterly shipments without me receiving any product. Reached out to them a literal dozen times to get it addressed, but after a month of no responses I was forced to dispute the charges and change my credit card number. Their communication was always annoying and not being able to manage, change, or cancel your subscription without emailing them was a nightmare. Very poorly run and disappointing. read more

I've been a member of Nocking Point since 2016 and I've finally hit my breaking point. Throughout the years, I have attempted to cancel my membership due to various reasons and my emails have always gone unanswered. Almost feel like I'm a member against my will at this point. Like many of the other reviews, no one seems to be maintaining the support email. Especially if your subject includes anything that negatively impacts them. When I first joined, it was amazing. It was very exclusive, they had a waiting list and were collaborating with big celebrities. Each quarter, the box had exciting new collab wines and great coffee. The collaborations have gone downhill and the wines have become repetitive. If I get one more bottle of Amelbec... It's not a bad wine but I miss the variety. Recently quality has gone way down and I didn't think their customer service could get any worse but it has. You would think with the opening of a tasting room, they'd want to bring in more customers. Their social media will have you think their business is thriving and everything is great... It doesn't seem that great. This past quarter my box was very delayed and I was told it was because they one have ONE PERSON packing all the membership boxes. That's absurd for how much they've been promoting the brand. So beyond never being able to cancel my membership, quality going down, and major delays, they have finally broken me down. Nocking Point runs fun contests on their Instagram several times throughout the year. I love nominating my friends because I've always enjoyed the wine. When I finally win one, it becomes a huge headache and makes me feel and look bad to my friend. I was hyping up this wine only to be met with disappointment. The post has been taken down, our messages get left on read (we know you see our messages!) and so do emails. We finally received our gift cards almost a month later with a snarky remark in the comments. It also doesn't explain why the post was taken down. It was all very weird. It is very disheartening and overall just a bad look for you Nocking Point. This could be a great business but it is being run very very poorly. I wanted to come up for one of the wine club member events but I don't think I would be able to keep my composure and enjoy it like I would want to. read more

I have been a member of their wine club since the start of the pandemic. Their timeliness of delivery on orders has never been great, but now that has gone completely into the toilet. The company now owes me six wine orders totaling over $500 (four monthly wine club member boxes and two quarterly boxes). They don't have a working phone number where they can be reached, they don't respond to messages on facebook or twitter, and they rarely answer emails. Yet, when the first of the month comes, they will charge your debit card like clockwork. At this point, I am thinking it's time for a group of disgruntled customers to take legal action against the company. I know I am not alone - I see messages about unfulfilled orders from others all the time. Stephen Amell should be ashamed. read more

Finally got to see the new tasting room while attending their 10th anniversary party for members and I really love the new place! It is more spacious and the location is great. I could walk to it from my hotel which was really nice and I like that it is close to all of the restaurants/shops in the downtown area. The staff here are really great; very friendly and attentive! I've been a subscription member of Nocking Point since 2021 and in the last year they've had issues keeping up with shipping demand. I have been charged monthly for my subscription but haven't had any orders fulfilled since April. I reached out to customer service via email (there is no chat function or phone number to call) and have followed up two additional times, including to ask to cancel my membership (adhering to the 14-day cancellation notice period on the website) with no responses. I've had to resort to disputing the payments with my credit card company and may have to also change my card number just to stop the monthly charges. Very irresponsibly and horribly run business. It is a shame, because their wine is good. read more

I ordered a bottle of wine as a gift . They never informed me re delivery date . I emailed and called - got back auto reply email and the phone was always busy. Ordered in November - took 3 months to deliver- Found out from my friend that they did receive the wine but she had no idea who sent it because my name was not listed - and nocking claimed that they did not have my email- which was ridiculous. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I set up a subscription and was charged for it and multiple later shipments, none of which arrived. Attempts to contact them were futile. At one point I contacted them and then got a notice that The only contact option is email, and I never received a response. Their refund policy says once you place the order you cannot cancel. But to them this includes the scenario where you never receive your product. The funniest part (if there is a funny part) is that my initial happened may 2024 and suddenly July 2025, over a year later, I got an email saying my order was shipped. But it never was. I never got anything and they managed to somehow convince my credit card they didn't owe me a refund even though I have never received anything. I had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. BBB dispute was never answered either. I am a small business owner. This type of behavior gives small businesses a bad name. read more

Now I knew it might not come on time for Halloween, but I was hoping to have it AROUND spooky season. I received an email saying that they were waiting on stock because they are small batch, etc. I understand a bit of wait time for a more boutique service, but they went on to completely ignore 2+ messages over almost two months. Don't allow people to order, and especially CHARGE them, if you do not have the inventory. Or at LEAST list it as pre-order. Finally, it came on December 14th, so literally almost two months later. My friend and I were so excited to each with a gift card on one of their IG giveaways--I thought it was a little weird we didn't hear back for a while, but as someone who has worked in social media I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Orders are shipped to wrong address after an address change was placed 1 months before order was shipped and I had received a confirmation email that the change of address was updated. I have been emailing them almost every day to resend to correct address for over a week and no response. I will NEVER order from them again. I would highly recommend never ordering from this company. I placed an order on April 23rd for two bottles of wine (as a gift). Almost two weeks go by and I realize I did not receive a confirmation of shipping. I reached out to the company on May 5th, nicely asking when the order might ship. I check their website that says orders go out in 7-14 business day, opps, I got a head of myself, it had only been 8 business days. The company replied on May 7th, "We're currently in the process of finalizing the packing for our monthly wine club shipments. Once this is complete, we'll swiftly move on to packing our online orders. Rest assured, we'll prioritize shipping your order first." Great, it'll go out soon. On May 20th, I checked in again and asked to cancel the order. On May 20th (quick reply, yay) the order can't be cancelled it'll go out the first week of June. I replied again, saying I was disappointed and to please cancel the order. I was told again they couldn't cancel it would go out first week of June, and also their web tech had been out and couldn't update the website (insert eyeroll, terrible excuse). Well, it's June 7th (the end of the first week of June, 33 business days later, my order hasn't gone out. And the communication from Nocking Point is the worst, there has been no emails that the order was delayed for any reason. I understand it's a smaller company, but this was a gift, I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew it would take so long, there website clearly said 7-14 business days it's now double that, with NO communication and really no apology. I emailed just now (June 7th) asking for my money back. Once I received my wines, I would say they are acceptable. I paid $720 for a case for Evoltra and think my money would have been better spent at about $40/bottle on wines from my local merchant. Plus, they never delivered the NFT that was promised with every case purchase. "Buyer beware" never carried more weight. I tried ordering a case of a little bit of the bubbly for my upcomong wedding. They had an advertised discount code on Facebook and this particular bottle was also pictured in the ad. I put the code in it didn't work, I enailed them only to be told "oh well that code doesn't cover that particular wine. well they advertised it and blatantly lied about it. They sent me a separate code same thing it didn't work. I tried several different times and followed their instructions to a T and still could not order this wine. 3 months 6 emails later now its too late to place the order and have it delivered on time for my wedding I send this to them in another email and all of a sudden now they care. In the process they have also blocked me from commebting on their social media outlets. I guess they don't want anyone else to know about their subpar Level of customer service. Now I didn't order just because there was a discount code. I had ordered from them in the past a bottle for myself my brother in law and each of his Groomsman on his (my brother in law) wedding day. We like it, it's good wine, i just saw a discount code they advertised and since we're paying for our wedding ourselves without help i figured a few bucks saved is better than nothing.
