The end product was amazing. We went from an outdated bathroom to this- it's like living in a spa now! 5 stars recommendation with zero zero reservations. I found New Leaf on Yelp after we learned that my home's crawl space needed some serious work to…read moreget restore insulation, clean up debris left by the previous homeowner, and remediate pest activity/evidence. New Leaf responded to my initial inquiry promptly and sent Shaun out for my estimate. Dispatch left me a message to confirm arrival. Shaun arrived on time and walked me through aspects of the job, and made suggestions to resolve some ancillary concerns we had about pest entry on the property. New Leaf delivered a clear, easy to read estimate via email. I selected New Leaf and we scheduled our appointment. Again, New Leaf called ahead and confirmed our scheduled appointments (Thank you, this goes a long way!). Shaun came out to do some initial pest control work, and then on a second visit came back with a two-person crew. The team laid plastic down in my home so as to not make a mess during the cleanup, and wore PPE for the job. I'm glad the company believes in following precautions for homeowner and employees alike. New Leaf removed all debris, laid a moisture barrier, replaced ventilation piping, replaced insulation, and tidied up items that were hanging too low from the floor above. The situation looks MUCH better. After several hours, the job was complete. I inspected the crawlspace with Shaun, and he did a thorough walkthrough/walkaround of the job site. He was very patience with my many questions, which I appreciate. New Leaf is scheduled to come out in a couple weeks for a follow up appointment/check on the results. I'm happy, and recommend their services.

**Absolutely amazing!**…read more Riley Reed, I just have to say thank you, thank you, thank you! The floors look absolutely amazing. The guys were so thorough and did such an incredible job. My husband even pointed out things they fixed that the other company definitely did not like tacking down boards that had been causing squeaking. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. After two years, being able to finally unpack and enjoy our space is going to be so wonderful, especially with the holidays right around the corner. We were so impressed with their work that we plan to hire the same company to continue the flooring through our living room and dining room. Thank you again for doing such a beautiful, thorough job. He was understanding Curtis and Jesse a 4 point for being helpful, during packout. They were genuinely nice but the people in charge of the project and estimates a 2 or 3. I felt left out of the loop. Jared doesn't provide clearly written documentation or accurate and clearly understandable estimate by insurance. By not completing the board up, we lost over $7500 in contents stolen out of our home. Burglars broke in. Doors and windows not secured by boards were the source of entry. I'll have to file a claim to repair or replace two windows and a garage door break ins. The lack of communication in storage fees is a big issue, a hostage situation. Make sure you get an estimate of cost of storage as that will be a surprise. They are paid over $80 per hour to packout personal belongings and document what they boxed up and stored with IDENTIFIABLE photos of each item, they failed to accomplish this. They did not fulfill their obligation to accurately document ALL items with photos what we own. Not a big box or a pile of stuff that you don't know what you're looking at! Thing's became mysteriously missing. The first thing that happened was I asked them not to break my grandmother's vase which they did. They also threw a very important antique table out on The lawn without regard and took it. I think overall, the emergency services were helpful to a degree but we didn't call them (when the truck hit our cars, that hit my car, that went into the kitchen and basement),;they just showed up and took over. I think they've been called ambulance chaser's. I'm sympathetic to their employees because some people that' work there were very kind to me in a horrible situation. At the scene, Mathew was a blessing. And packout, Curtis and Jesse were great. But some of the others not as much. They can do much better with honest communication. And provide 100% transparency as there should not be anything to hide.
