We were going to install on our own until we took nearly 3 hours removing the old fridge from the house!! Called Vinnie about his delivery team doing the install and cutting us a break on the install fee seeing as to how we had already removed old unit. He said he would work with us on cutting the fee accordingly. We are hoping for a very impressive and prompt install sometime next week. Keeping our fingers crossed!

She showed me pictures and made sure we were getting everything we wanted, and for an amazing price. No way we could have afford all of that if it wasn't for this place. They are extremely reliable and professional which is such a relief compared to some of the reviews from other discount appliance places that had me worried. It's hard to see in the pictures if there are any scratches and dents visible so I'll share incase you're wondering and looking; there's none on any of the visible surfaces in my home, so no one would know. They were able to get me the right ones that the dent or scratch would face a wall no one would see. :) I also love that it's a small family business, they work so hard together and they're really genuine people. Such a nice change from Lowe's that you don't know who to contact or when they're showing up. They communicate the whole way and show up when they say they are.

I called Appliance Warehouse Direct, spoke with Anthony, drove there and bought a medium Frigidaire upright freezer, scheduled delivery, and removal of an old refrigerator-freezer that DTE picked up the day after delivery. Anthony has used washers and dryers, out of box and scratch & dent large appliances to suit bargain hunters' goals. His long experience with such products seems to be a great foundation for high integrity, long term success in this relatively new area business.

Ok then, took my stock # to Lowe's, who were very friendly, and bought my two Koehler sinks there at 40% lower price. Each time they came through for us with great suggestions and insight for the remodel process. You have to make an appointment but once you're there they will spend as much time as you need. We were with Sarah for almost 2 hours today for the bathroom. Their showroom is great so you can compare the various brands. The consultant can put your selections into the build.com website and then you can go home and make your final decisions. Or you can let them place the order. I gave 4 stars because they only have two consultants at the Ann Arbor location so it's a week or more for an appointment. Aside from that I highly recommend Ferguson.
