They could deliver it on Tuesday (this was Saturday) this is the second purchase i have made from them - and it will be the last. I asked about financing. was shown a paper with .02999 interest. since it would be paid off in a month or two that was ok. I wanted the charge put on my ABC credit card. they did not - they opened a new account at Fortiva in Missouri. I was not given the application for credit. i was told about the interest but was not told about the interest starting the day of the sale. Nor was i told about the 72$ annual fee. when i called the store i was told - well you signed the paper. the refrigerator was delivered - it isn't even the one i bought. It is 36 inches wide and the opening is only 34. We had to really work to fit it into the space available. The salesman was working on four different customers while working on my sale. How easy for him to claim he told me about the annual fee and the daily interest. I will be needing a new washer and dryer soon - i am sure i will be able to find one at Best Buy - cause it sure won't come from ABC Warehouse. terrible customer service.

I received a brusque call from the technician, whose name I believe is Gavin, who said he was finishing up at his previous job and would be on his way shortly. After an hour, I called but didn't get an answer, so I texted. No response. At hour two, I called again, this time connecting with him. I asked where he was. He said, "I was there and talked to the guy." I said I was home alone. He said, "He even said your name." I asked where he went. He gave me the address of another home I own. I told him he had gone to the wrong address. He said, "I go where they send me" before telling me he wouldn't be coming to fix the refridgerator, which has been out for (now) more than six days. Oncourse, which is as equally terrible, "apoligized" and then tried to sell me additional services, all while telling me 1.) I wouldn't be credited for this month and 2.) they couldn't send someone out for an additonal 48 hours. When Consumers ran its own appliance service plan, it was far, far better than Oncourse, which I'm dropping as soon as I review other service plans. I will NEVER use or recommend CRC Appliance.
