Once they heard what had happened, the product was delivered destroyed, they stood behind it and shipped a new one and picked up the destroyed one. I can say I am happy with the way it was handled in the end. The sales rep needs some training on how to deal with situations in which the product is delivered with defects or in this case destroyed. Thank you again to the upper management for taking the time to help us with the product and getting us what we ordered.

These appliance places NEED to rely on RELIABLE third parties...like plumbers to connect your dishwashers, and warranty companies to take care of things if you get a lemon. The plumber they sent to install the fancy new high-end dishwasher 6 years ago, installed some hoses incorrectly which led to a flood in my kitchen, and our needing to pull up our floors from the kitchen all the way to the front door. Thankfully we have insurance (although after this claim our rates were hiked so high we had to switch). We should have learned the first time. We bought a top-of-the-line 4-door Frigidaire $3,500 fridge there 4 years ago. We've needed several small fixes in that time, but dealing with the warranty company has been HORRIFIC. Witbeck and Big Georges use "Centricity". Well, our fridge is now on the fritz after4 years (the freezer is no longer freezing and everything has melted), and ice-maker dripping, and as of yesterday there is a loud buzzing sound -- and we cannot get a call back to save our lives, even though they've "escalated" the situation. If I instead chose to call a local appliance company they would be here in 24 hours. We are going on 6 days, with no sign of service and no promises of anything! I am sick to my stomach. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, and they will give you a POS warranty. Hey, Witbeck/Big George's...do better! And, Mark...don't bother with the damage control here. If you want to make it right you can contact your customers who have been through H3ll!!

I had checked in a couple times for an update and the guy that answers always seems bothered and says there's nothing they can do since they can only order from ONE place. so. I ordered the parts off Amazon, they came to replace and the guy was just as uncomfortable as the first time. this time he implied the parts may never have even been ordered. any ways, he got the dryer running but now it makes this God awful screeching. Tried to explain I wanted to buy an item from their stock. Rude woman again said couldn't do it but had to schedule. Eight weeks away. Ok then, took my stock # to Lowe's, who were very friendly, and bought my two Koehler sinks there at 40% lower price. I'm tired that crappy, rude customer service gets blamed on staffing COVID issues. Done spending my money here.

Each time they came through for us with great suggestions and insight for the remodel process. You have to make an appointment but once you're there they will spend as much time as you need. We were with Sarah for almost 2 hours today for the bathroom. Their showroom is great so you can compare the various brands. The consultant can put your selections into the build.com website and then you can go home and make your final decisions. Or you can let them place the order. I gave 4 stars because they only have two consultants at the Ann Arbor location so it's a week or more for an appointment. Aside from that I highly recommend Ferguson.
