This past weekend I was working on redoing a corner of my yard to a little seating nook so I came here several times (I'm not very good at planning ahead) and they had everything I needed. I also stocked up on a bunch of flowers since the quality of their annuals and hanging baskets was REALLY good and cheaper than another big box store down the street (whose plant quality has suffered this year, I'm sad to say). I also got a few elevated garden beds. I looked up the product online to see reviews and saw that they were really well rated and Amazon was offering the same beds for $150 more a piece! So I snatched up two at very reasonable price. When I came back the next day for more supplies they were all gone so I'm glad I snagged them when I did. They also have a really good selection of pavers, outdoor yard decor, planters, etc, and all for really reasonable prices. Check out is a little weird and cashiers there are not always so pleasant but the customer service/returns department folks are SO nice. I was missing a receipt for a return I was making yesterday and the gal there walked me through the process of pulling up my receipt with my debit card on their little kiosks so I could be sure to get the full price of the items on my return. I also had very nice interactions with staff on the floor, both from just checking in to see if I needed any help to pulling a ladder over and climbing up to get a hanging solar lantern I wanted off the top shelf. My biggest nitpick is that I wish they had a garden section cashier and exit. It was such a slog pulling bags of dirt and pea gravel to the registers all the way into the center of the store and then back outside to the parking lot. I like the way their competitors have it structured where you can bypass inside and just get everything you need in the garden center and be on your way. I guess this is there way to centralize check out and get you to walk through the stores but my arms are sore from pulling the darn cart around!

We were in the midst of a total renovation: demo was done, walls coming apart, commercial equipment everywhere. Andrew and Chris Y were delivering. They told me they were coming in the morning and gave me a link I could use to track the truck. I could easily see where they were, then the first stop, and I was second. Very good tracking when you want to see what's happening. All the appliances were delivered perfectly. Andrew and Chris had a tricky path to navigate, and were super-professional in navigating walls, corners, hanging lights so nothing was touched. Frankly, having moved some stuff myself, I was amazed at how carefully and smoothly they moved these mountains of stuff. So yes, I can only give five stars here but my opinion is 10 on a scale of 1 to 5! If you get Andrew and Chris, you will get two experts who are super-careful about your home, know how to un-crate your valuable purchases, and get them where they need to go. These appliance places NEED to rely on RELIABLE third parties...like plumbers to connect your dishwashers, and warranty companies to take care of things if you get a lemon. The plumber they sent to install the fancy new high-end dishwasher 6 years ago, installed some hoses incorrectly which led to a flood in my kitchen, and our needing to pull up our floors from the kitchen all the way to the front door. Thankfully we have insurance (although after this claim our rates were hiked so high we had to switch). We should have learned the first time. We bought a top-of-the-line 4-door Frigidaire $3,500 fridge there 4 years ago. We've needed several small fixes in that time, but dealing with the warranty company has been HORRIFIC. Witbeck and Big Georges use "Centricity". Well, our fridge is now on the fritz after4 years (the freezer is no longer freezing and everything has melted), and ice-maker dripping, and as of yesterday there is a loud buzzing sound -- and we cannot get a call back to save our lives, even though they've "escalated" the situation. If I instead chose to call a local appliance company they would be here in 24 hours. We are going on 6 days, with no sign of service and no promises of anything! I am sick to my stomach. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, and they will give you a POS warranty. Hey, Witbeck/Big George's...do better! And, Mark...don't bother with the damage control here. Ferguson took no responsibility for the products they sold us. Our representative didn't return our calls and the store manager was difficult to contact. We were eventually told to contact Blanco. Blanco did not respond to our attempts to contact them by email and phone. When calling the customer is put on hold and after a long wait the phone disconnects. The sinks were expensive and we have wasted a great deal of time and aggravation to try and resolve the issue. The only option we are left with now is to contact an attorney and take it to court.

Checked reviews of some local repair outfits when our dryer broke down. Mr. A had the best of…read morethem so we gave them a try. Got the service scheduled for three days out, and received an immediate confirmation, as well as a day-before confirmation that included a photo of the technician. Received a text from the technician when he was on his way. Upon his inspection of the dryer, he determined he would need to order a new part, but said he would be able to get back to install it by the end of the day. Turned out even better than that--he was back in a couple of hours, telling me he decided it would be quicker to swing back to my place then instead of after his next stop, as he'd planned. After the new part was in, everything was fine. The repair wasn't cheap--replacing a circuit board won't be in any circumstances--but the repair went smoothly and the dryer is now working fine.
