The repairman (Nathan) was timely, thorough and straightforward. Based upon my own research he confirmed my diagnosis. I was charged for the service call as expected. While I need to replace as the repair cost was nearly the cost of a new dishwasher, this is not a service they provide. I appreciated the diagnosis as presented.

We paid $ 470, motor replaced w/1 yr part warranty (Jan 2019), was told to call the warehouse and call other company for fixing part issues (Nov 2019). Please be careful using Bob, he's responsive, nice and friendly before offering in-home service, attitude and worst behavior we experienced. Better calling known local companies those listen and understand your issues, offer quality product, services and take full responsibility ! Quality customer service helps build trust. He recommended that I have an electrician resolve the problem. I brought in an electrician that verified that I did indeed have 240 volts at the wall socket. This placed the problem in the drier. The electrician was a needless expense. I contacted Master Tech and talked with John the manager about my dissatisfaction with their service. He promised he would call me back in 3 days. I asked the repairman about a Kirby i purchased that apparently needed a new electric cord He told me I would need to bring it in (OK) and he would charge me $49.95 to do a basic tune up on it... I told him I would not do that and i purchased my bags for my other Kirby and went on my merry way Yesterday I took the electric cord off the broken Kirby and woudlnt you know it the cord from the older Kirby fit exactly on to the newer Kirby. I hit the off and on switch and lo and behold the newer Kirby runs fine As i expected when you bring any machine into this store you get recommended a $49.95 tune up no matter what instead of just diagnosing what is wrong with your machine and fixing it..
