I used the project quote function on Yelp to snag some pricing and info from local plumbers. In chatting with Al over yelp, he had me send some pictures and gave me a general idea of pricing. Unfortunately for me, my setup is non-compliant with current code specs. Fortunately for me, Al was able to come check it out in person the next day. He was then able to get back to me and upgrade my system, install a new water heater, and take the old one out... all within 72 hours of my original request. Some of the larger companies in the area were a week or more out before even willing to come give me an estimate. Can't say enough positive things about Breyer's. From start to finish it was a friendly, professional, and well done project. If i need a plumber in the future, they'll be my first call.

Frank came to my home to assess the issue, and I was charged $309 due to weekend service surcharges. I have a newborn baby at home, so being without heat was not an option. Before Frank left, the furnace appeared to be working, but the same issue returned later that day. I contacted the company again on Sunday and was instructed to reset the furnace and told a technician would return Monday. The reset did not fix the problem, and I never received any follow-up calls or service afterward. As a result, I had to hire a separate company to resolve the issue. I later requested a refund but was only issued a partial credit for a humidifier pad. My furnace was never properly repaired, and the lack of follow-up or accountability after I had already reached out multiple times is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the incomplete service and poor communication.

I also needed a few faucets changed out. I knew it was going to cost $$$ but wanted to make sure I had quality work done without getting ripped off. I followed the recommendations of a few people and had olde towne plumbing replace pipes in my basement, install some shut off valves, and replace two bathroom faucets. I called, she was very polite (apologies her name escapes me). We scheduled a visit, same day between 12-3. About 12 I had a knock on the door and it was Mark from MPR. Mark came in assessed the situation, quoted a price and got to work. He also took extra care in our crowded basement. Mark had to do some extra work to fix the issue and somewhat unexpectedly he stuck with the quoted price. When the drain was flowing nicely, he cleaned up the areas and prepared the bill.
