Mark came and check things out and found out the problem. He boosted the pressure on our well's pressure tank, a DIY job I had recently done, and changed a whole-house filter that had been neglected for too long. The showers now run with great volume and flow. This cleared the way for the sale of our house, and the price he charged was very reasonable. I was use them again in a heartbeat thanks to Mark.

Called to have our AC looked at since it's been down since over 2 weeks ago. It's been a hotbox in…read moreour store since. We were given a 2 hour window for the arrival. They were here within the first hour. Took a look and diagnosed it fast enough. Charged us $200 charge for a visit and the diagnostics. It will cost us $2,500 or so for a new compressor and installation, that seems like a lot for a compressor. The unit is big, it's on the roof of the shopping plaza. Would take over a week to get the new compressor. AC works but weakly, but nothing significant to make you feel cool at all. May be caused from lightning or nature, since the AC is on the roof of the building. We received a call the Friday before the scheduled install after about 2 weeks. No parts still. Parts won't come in until middle of the following week or so. They came to install the new compressor. What toasty weeks we have had while having to wait a 2-3 weeks for the compressor to come in. The job took a full day and a couple of hours the next day. It cost a little less than $3k, not cheap. The AC is back to good at least. Only took a little over 2.5 weeks to get it fixed.
