Savannah helped me and she was BEYOND amazing! She gave the best customer service I have had in YEARS ! After covid a lot of these places have lost the personable touch, which makes going to them a drag usually. But people like her restore my hope, and will make me remain a loyal patron for years to come! I recommend the lox sandwich And for something sweet, the maple french toast bagel with honey almond smear ^_^! read more

Got there on Friday at 8 a.m. It was obvious they were very busy; they had about 6 workers behind the counter. They were fulfilling huge box orders and kept putting bags and bags on the mobile order shelf. All while the line in the store was constant and people were waiting in front of the counter. The bagel was subpar. I ordered a bagel with butter. 17 minutes after I ordered, no bagel. I acknowledged how busy they were, apologized, and asked if they could just bag it cold so I could run off to my job before I was late. I got attitude and lots of mean looks. To me, it felt like they were prioritizing mobile orders vs. waiting customers. I think they would benefit from some sort of staff organization where some were designated to fulfill MO and the others were in-store. read more

Came here recently to grab some breakfast. Located in a mall, there's plenty of parking here. As you walk in, definitely has that bagel shop feel when you're in New York. Staff was nice as we were greeted when we walked in. Ordered their Chorizo Avocado Sunrise bagel. Came with a jalapeno cheese bagel with avocado, chorizo patty and sauce. The bagel portion was a bit smaller. The chorizo patty with the sauce wasn't too bad. When they cut it in half, I think most of the patty ended up being on the other since after about 2 bites, the chorizo was gone. However, the other half had the patty portion filled up. Overall with the sauce, it wasn't too bad. Pricing was ok also. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. They called our order, and we even DOUBLE-CHECKED with the employees that it was ours before leaving. They confirmed it. We get to our car and an employee comes out saying they gave us the wrong order. No apology, no acknowledgment--just took the food back. So because of THEIR mistake, we had to find parking again, walk back inside, and wait. Not sure what else customers are supposed to do after literally verifying the order with the staff. Ask for a fingerprint scan? Zero accountability and somehow not even a basic "sorry." If getting the correct order requires this much effort, I can make breakfast at home and inconvenience myself for free. read more

I was in the mood for a bagel & found the best spot in my area! Walked in on a busy Saturday morning & immediately received great service, an upbeat attitude & a welcoming smile from Nick! With so many menu options, Nick provided great suggestions on what flavor of cream cheese would go best with a particular bagel! After placing my order I enjoyed watching Nick's friendly interaction with each & every customer placing an order. The entire staff was working hard to get those delicious bagel orders out quickly! They also say "welcome" as soon as anyone walks in & "thank you" when anyone walks out! I left feeling their top notch service & knew I'd go back again sooner than later! Loved the flavorful & fresh cinnamon raisin, blueberry & jalapeno bagels! Perfect ambiance, very clean & a large variety of bagel, drink & snack options! read more

Extremely rude staff. The girl at the register that wears glasses and has brown frizzy hair was not welcoming at all and had an attitude. She made my breakfast bagel which of course contained eggs and bacon, but when I got to my car I realized that it was completely cold! It's disgusting to be handed an egg bacon sandwich like this. It's also pretty upsetting to deal with service staff that clearly hate their job and take their frustration out on customers. I always try to be nice to people who work in customer service because I also worked in service jobs in the past and know what it's like, and it's upsetting when staff are rude to people like me who try to be kind to them. But this is clearly a reflection of management not training their staff properly and not addressing the poor customer service skills of their employees. Ultimately management has to do better, and not be afraid to bring these issues up to their employees. read more

This place is just terrible. $10 for this poor excuse of a bagel with tomato and "bacon"?! They charged me $3 for "add bacon"! Hahaha! Look at the picture! Not to mention the person taking my order was rude as could be. Absolute rip off. I only went here because it's close to work but I'd rather drive across town to Bagel Rock for QUALITY. read more

What a disappointment. Yesterday, I ordered a bagel and coffee and it was good. A super nice employee encouraged me to return because I commented that the maple bagel looked amazing (it did, one left, perfect bake, tons of maple syrupy crumble on top.) Today, 705am, I return. There was no hot coffee. Only one, almost empty and room temp Hazkenut pot. No hot coffee at 7am? Dark? Medium? Colombian? Nothing? I skipped the maple bagle because the full display bagels were overbaked with zero maple crumble on top. Obviously whoever was banking today needs training. Whoever was shift manager - running out of coffee at 7am is not good. So I ordered the cheesy hash brown bagel double stack breakfast sandwich $8.99, eggs bacon cheese, and I paid extra for ham, reaching almost $12. "4 pieces of bacon" - what a ripoff. When you take two skinny almost translucent strips of cheap bacon, breaking them in half doesn't make them 4, it makes you cheap. Pics below. $12 for this? And cold coffee at 7am? I politely asked the shift manager if that was normal and showed them. Yes. Normal. We put 4 pieces of bacon. What a waste of money and 40 minutes from home, there and back, for a "breakfast treat." Nice employee yesterday is the only reason this isn't a one. read more

Nick is so amazing and the food is great 10/10 would reccomend to anyone in the area.

There was a gentleman at the counter with stretched earlobes, who couldn't have possibly known I was having such a hard day; He was absolutely AMAZING, super sweet and great to talk to. Although they were somewhat busy he still took time to greet customers and be extremely friendly with myself and others as they ordered. I unfortunately didn't get his name but thank you! read more

I want to sincerely thank Nik, and all his team at Noah's for his kindness and generosity. My father-in-law, who recently passed away, was a regular there and loved the place. When Nik heard about his passing, he graciously provided bagels for our family gathering in his honor, completely free of charge. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture during a difficult time, and it meant a lot to our family. Thank you, Nick, for your compassion and for going above and beyond. Always a treat. People, food, service are as consistent as their Bagels. WORTH THE TIME AND COST

Noah's Bagels on Victoria is inconsistent and usually sells pale, puny lumps of dough they disingenuously call bagels, which shows a blatant disrespect for the product and their customers. POOR QUALITY. There's no quality control of the product, which too often resembles and tastes like it belongs in the trash, where I put it. The workers are friendly, but the bagels are the worst. They might be okay (though never great) on some days, but not on most days. read more

I had the best experience EVER at Noah's Bagels off Victoria Road. Arianna and Elvis are exemplary employees, friendly, competent, and hard working. I was so impressed and had been disappointed in the past with the less than friendly service but these two are absolute gems. Even though I didn't see any manager present, they didn't stop cleaning, preparing etc. My order was perfectly made and all with huge smiles. They deserve a raise!!! read more

2.5 because the bagels are delicious but the service is too slow for bagel service. I have ordered there a couple times but they haven't improved the services. such good service!!! The guy at the register was so kind and helpful!! The food was also great and the environment was clean.

I've been a loyal customer at Noah's for years and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere here. Unfortunately, a recent experience really soured that for me. There's an employee with large gauges (still looking to find out his name) who has repeatedly made my girlfriend uncomfortable with unprofessional, flirtatious comments -- even when I was standing right there. When she picked up her order today, they put cheese on her bagel (which she can't eat) and she had to awkwardly avoid him until they corrected it. He's made odd remarks like "woah, you sure have a lot going on" referring to my girlfriend's style, and "oh, there you are again." He even suggested she get the app so he could "remember" her, saying he doesn't remember many people. I went with her later to see for myself, and I was honestly shocked -- he continued the same behavior, along with vigorously staring at both of us. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional conduct from a grown man in a customer service role. Food is still good, but the experience with this particular employee has made us consider avoiding in-person visits altogether which really sucks because we do enjoy this establishment. read more

I'm giving them 2 stars only because I like their bagels...however you are a bagel and shmear store. There are only 2 flavors of shmear in the refrigerator and I asked do they have any plain. I wasn't going to do a review because I don't like it when they require you to have so many words before you can finish your review. However I just happen to look at the low rating and could not understand it and I read the comments on those who gave it one star. I don't know what they're talking about. I've been to Noah's bagels probably 3 to 4 dozen times and the service has always been good the bagels are delicious. In fact people in Ventura talk about Noah's bagels being so delicious. Don't know why the one star people are so dissatisfied but I say give Noah's bagels a try. read more

Love the food at Noah's every time I go! However i have been made uncomfortable by Nick several times. Whether it's something said to me or another worker, I have a few different experiences of him being incredibly inappropriate, ESPECIALLY in a workplace. Looks like other customers feel the same way. Disappointed. I paid a dollar extra for a jalapeño cheese bagel. This is what I got! What happened to all the jalapeños on top? Why is Noah's the only bagel shop within a couple mile radius? When you want a bagel, this is where we go and they continue to disappoint all the time. read more

The bagels here are truly addictive. They are the perfect balance of soft inside and crisp on the outside -- exactly what you want from a bagel. Service is quick, and staff is friendly. This location is inside a plaza, and there is plenty of parking in the lot. There are some tables to sit at but mostly grab-and-go vibes. My one complaint is that they don't have vegan cream cheese. Despite some really negative recent reviews for this place, I was very pleased with the shop. While the cash register attendant could use a little more customer service, the excellence & kindness of the people behind the bar made up for it.
