Staff who works here didn't care and one even made a comment of she'll look at the video footage if "They have time" Police don't give a shit... never even asked to see the unit. One of the managers (Adrienne) who came out to cut the lock seemed off the whole time and seemed to have known something. Given all the facts about this, wouldn't be surprised if this was an inside job. Apparently from what the detectives told me, there have been 20+ storage unit breakins in January and February, and mine was an isolated incident in March. Kinda strange... There's no shortage of supplies for what you need to move your stuff in, unlike other storage facilities in town. They're location is in a great spot just off of the 281/1604 junction. No willingness to check the video or help and, regarding the broken lock, he said he'd been asking management to fix it but they haven't. So, if I could give another 1 star review, I would. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just got robbed. Extra Space won't provide video from the event. They continue to say "We're waiting on the video technician." More importantly, the external door lock to the block of storage units has been broken and removed by Extra Space so that thieves can simply walk into the unit, cut my lock and steal. Disappointing. I only use them because they're close, but it's really the worst

She said that I could either use an Android or enter the code manually. Luckily Josh overheard the conversation and directed me to the "Storage Genie" application.
