We've been renters here for a year now and I can't say enough great things about this facility…read more The management goes out of its way to help their customers and they do so with a pleasant, welcoming attitude.The facility is secure, well-lit, clean, and plays wholesome, family-friendly music throughout. They provide a moving truck for renters to use and have a good supply of hand carts to help you with loading/unloading. They sell locks for individual units or you can bring your own. There's no shortage of supplies for what you need to move your stuff in, unlike other storage facilities in town. They're location is in a great spot just off of the 281/1604 junction. The management is always looking for ways to accommodate their renters. They even offer a military discount for active duty. I'm very pleased with the service and experience and I highly recommend them.

I told the technician (Jaidan) that "I've had the unit since April 2024 and it hasn't been working, Could she please tell me an estimated date for the IPhone work around?" She said that I could either use an Android or enter the code manually. Luckily Josh overheard the conversation and directed me to the "Storage Genie" application. I downloaded the application, entered my information and it works like a charm. THANK YOU JOSH!!! for Your attention to detail and professionalism. I really appreciate it...Please educate your technical department so they can properly inform us "IPhone Users" of the alternative application. I expected accountability from a national moving company and did not receive it. My advice: thoroughly inspect every inch of your home before signing anything or allowing the truck to leave.
