Given all the facts about this, wouldn't be surprised if this was an inside job. Apparently from what the detectives told me, there have been 20+ storage unit breakins in January and February, and mine was an isolated incident in March. Kinda strange... Public Storage won't re-inburse you for renting from them. Nope... Stay far away from this place... Rent somewhere else...

They provide a moving truck for renters to use and have a good supply of hand carts to help you with loading/unloading. They sell locks for individual units or you can bring your own. There's no shortage of supplies for what you need to move your stuff in, unlike other storage facilities in town. They're location is in a great spot just off of the 281/1604 junction. The management is always looking for ways to accommodate their renters. They even offer a military discount for active duty. I told the technician (Jaidan) that "I've had the unit since April 2024 and it hasn't been working, Could she please tell me an estimated date for the IPhone work around?" She said that I could either use an Android or enter the code manually. Luckily Josh overheard the conversation and directed me to the "Storage Genie" application. I downloaded the application, entered my information and it works like a charm. THANK YOU JOSH!!! for Your attention to detail and professionalism. I really appreciate it...Please educate your technical department so they can properly inform us "IPhone Users" of the alternative application. They countered with an extremely low ball value that comes nowhere near the cost of repairing the items, much less replacing them. I asked how they came up with the reimbursement values, and was completely ignored. Was given a number to contact Jeff, but the few times they actually picked up the phone, Jeff was unavailable and never returned my calls. I was also given an email that is apparently never monitored, since I have not gotten a response from them that way either. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a company. This complete lack of communication from them shows the quality of service they actually provide during their moves.

This is no way to run a business. You ANSWER your phone. You RETURN messages. You DO NOT do back runs during business hours unless you have a second person to cover the office!
