The 30yr warranty is a JOKE. I have been dealing with MS for almost 1yr regarding the internal wood panel rotting. They verbally quoted me $1800 to replace the panel. CRAZY!!! DO NOT FALL for the MS 30yr warranty. As a single female. Paying for a product with warranty is huge. Very disappointed with them. NOT GOOD.. DO NOT FALL for this 30yrs warranty BS....... read more

5 Stars well deserved! I have been helping my family with their new property in Texas, and this company has been so helpful! They kept us updated through the whole process. We actually had fun buying a shed for their Pipe Creek home thanks to our salesman and his manager. We got an amazing deal and free delivery. Speaking of free delivery, shot out to the guy who delivered it. He was awesome and did a great job! I will for sure recommend. read more

I'll add my experience with Boerne Morgan Bldgs to the mix. They dropped my building off the delivery trailer, warped it so the door doesn't open and shut properly, and called it good. Not exactly a job well done. read more

The team (Carl, William, Artie, Julio and the team...) have been overall very helpful - responsive, attentive, reasonable, and flexible...and the projects have all turned out very nice! Carl is the numbers guy, William is the PM/building guy and together they make a good team. We had to work through a lot of details especially with the addition (permitting, pouring foundation, etc.) and the team was helpful and patient throughout. When we encountered some challenging issues with the siding project (demo from the siding caused minor interior damage and an exterior hose spigot was accidentally cut), the team resolved the issues appropriately. The workers try to be careful but unexpected things happen and the team/William were quick to fix things! I highly recommend this company to use for projects like custom sheds but also larger projects like patios, additions and even exterior projects like siding!
