We were provided incorrect information, told our requests for dimensions were unreasonable, and would not be put in contact with anyone from the factory that would help us with the specifics we needed for very exact measurements we needed. We were given the run around, phone calls and emails were never answered in any timely fashion which held up some of our other projects. The team that installed the building did not install according to what we paid for, then we had to argue with them, not Wild Oak who we purchased from. Chasdidy does not have any clue about the products she is selling, and the communication after the money was spent was terrible. Would not recommend!

We even went and bought paint as he requested us to do. He even said his guys would be arriving around 11am but that he had to reschedule. Then the day came and he was unreachable. He stated he would show up on Sept 5th to begin laying out the foundation, he never showed up or called. We had to call him several times and sent multiple text messages. He finally replied several hours later stating he had an emergency and would begin the 6th. Understood. The 6th came and nothing, we called/text him to see if he was coming, nothing. Then he text back stating he would come the next day to complete the whole install. The 7th came and we received a text that due to rain, he was going to reschedule for Monday. We told him no, we just want our money back. He agreed and stated he would refund our money once he returns the materials back to the store on Monday. We called him again Monday afternoon, no answer. We have continued to call him every day and no answer. He has completely ghosted us. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, HE'S TERRRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING AND DOES NOT STICK TO HIS OWN WORD OR CONTRACT. Johnny's Backyard did a great job getting me a shed built in my back yard. A guy named Greg helped…read moreme plot out the design, size, color, & features that I wanted, and prepared me a quote. I was lucky to get a few monthly specials of upgrades. The crew came out and built the shed in 1 day. My only worry was they made me pay in full upfront in two parts: a half deposit to hold my special quote price and then pay the other half (in full) at scheduling. For people who've been scammed before like I have been, this can be a hard trust, but luckily they reassured me that they're a mostly 5-star company and wouldn't disappoint, and it did all work out. I think they should also give a heads-up reminder about the crew coming a day before, since scheduling can sometimes be far out ahead in time. I accidentally forgot and was out of town, but luckily I'd left my back yard unlocked for them to go back there and complete the job. Shed looks great. Thank you guys.

First of all, I want to apologize that I started this review for the service that was done June 1…read moreof this year. I just now realized that I did not finish the review and all I did was leave five stars this visit was for the carpenter to take down all the wooden blinds from every one of my windows, and remove them from my home. The carpenter was efficient, prompt, and very pleasant. Two days ago, I filled out a online request of tasks that I needed to be completed. I immediately received a response from Fix it Freddy and an appointment for today. The carpenter David completed the tasks that I had listed on the online request and was very open with completing other tasks that I kept adding while he was in my home. All in all, from hanging a curtain rod, adjusting two doors, replacing a door lock set, and then painting the doors which was an afterthought of mine. I highly recommend Fix it Freddy and I will continue to benefit from their fine craftsmanship.

Poor communication, no follow up, and finally after effort on my part he finally came by. He asked I send him pics of the pavers and gravel I may want, which I did, but never heard from him. My email stated going forward we will only communicate via email as text messages are not good documentation for a $3K project (it is what he gave me without seeing the project). A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.
