My dog was mad at me for two days after I took him to this place. My dog is very sweet and good with grooming. I have no idea what happened to him there. read more

Tina is absolutely fabulous! What I love is the fact that I drop my babies off and in just a few hours they are ready for pick up! I have used the larger stores for grooming, but I hate them because you have to drop your animals off so early and then pick them up very late! read more

So the other day I dropped in after 1pm to leave our "Wild animal park" of a dog Guinness, she was closing for the day and asked if I could drop him tomorrow. Of course I can, no problem. I tried to to leave, Guinness was having nothing of it, I then learned he is the shop Mayor, he is allowed many privileges and takes full advantage of the girls kindness. He seriously would rather be at Tina's than with me, not sure I like it! LOL. Best shop for many reasons, great job with grooming, super fun girls to hang with and let me drop in with out appts (maybe I should ask her if she prefers me to book them) and the dogs are treated better than at home. read more

This was our first (and notably, our last) trip to Noah's Arf. We made an appointment to get our 12 year old lab groomed, brought her in at the appointed time and waited. And waited. And waited. Four hours passed and we contacted the groomer only to be told that our dog still had not been groomed but would be next. We declined, picked her up and learned she had been kept in a cage that whole time, no potty break and, judging from the copious amount of water she drank, no water either. The groomer was apologetic, saying that she was the only one working. This being said, they might be great groomers, who knows? It's a little like going to a restaurant and not eating any of the food. Might be good. Might be bad. All I know is, we have a distressed dog that hasn't moved since we got home. read more

O my, THE best groomer anywhere in the I.E. I took my 7month old Shih Tzu puppies to get their second haircut. They were so scare and as she said "a little anti-social". She grabbed them with such tenderness and spoke to them in a soft voice to make them feel more comfortable. She won them over! When I picked them up 31/2 hours later, they were both waggling their tail and looked just adorable. I had taken them to another groomer for their first haircut a month ago and the groomer wouldn't even touch one of them because according to her "she was too uncontrollable". I guess it's all on how professional the groomer is. I will definitely be taking our Shih Tzus back! And did I mentioned her affordable prices?! Amazingly reasonable!!!!!! read more

I took my 8 month old male rottie to get his nails, ears done, along with a bath. They didn't over charge me or anything. When I walked in they where very friendly with my dog. Luke (my rottie) looks and smells amazing. We will definitely be back. read more

We love Noah's Arf. Tina and all her helpers are so loving. Our Labrador is blind and they make sure he is comfortable and of course they spoil our Maltese Zoey. Our dogs look so cute and smell so good for weeks. I highly recommend this groomer. You will not be disappointed. read more

After my not so good experience at PetSalon this morning I decided to take my dog to Noahs Arf. I've never been here before but I have to say I will definitely be going there from now on. Everyone was nice and friendly, my dog wasn't nervous and I wasn't Leery about leaving him there. When I dropped him off the lady loved on my dog before she took him, so he was ok with me leaving him. For the $5 more it's well worth it knowing that my dog is safe and taken care of!! read more

Very impressed! Took my puppy golden doodle in to be groomed and Genesis did an amazing job, was very friendly, and took great care of my pup. I was very pleased with how he looked and the pricing as well. I'm so happy I found a great groomer so close to home. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend read more

Tina is the best.. She takes such great care of our "babies". She always tries to fit us in and work within our schedules. She is truly a lover of animals it is definately NOT just a business to her. read more

Brought my 6 month old Maltipoo in today and I could not be happier with the service. Coco loved Tina and couldn't leave without giving her a hug, now that is a satisfied dog. The grooming was top notch and it took very little time, add to this the low cost due to the printable coupon found on her website and I was more then satisfied also. It was well worth the drive from Highland. We will be back next month. read more

I took my cat and dog there and just so kind and gentle. Best cat grooming ever and my cat came back so happy and proud of her lion cut.

Very friendly staff who love animals. I took my Belgian malinois there. And they did an amazing job. His coat is amazing. And his breathe is too. thx Redlands petco! read more

After my experience at Petco, I was recommended to Noah's Arf by another small business in Redlands. Just at the jump, they are accommodating when making an appointment, and arranging pick up times. They don't have a closing time; it's when the last pet is out, which says they pride in what they do. No rushing. Cali is usually the groomer that does my bichon. No complaints, from a teddy bear face or short all around, she delivers! The owner also lets me know if my dog has an ear infection and what she recommends over the counter, which is nice too. Nothing over priced or fancy to sell me on to get a quick dollar in. Just friendly service from a small business. Two and a half years now and hasn't disappointed yet! read more

2 stars for getting my dog in on short notice. My dog was done in a half hour. I told the groomer about my dogs nails really needing to be trimmed as she has 4 dewclaws that will grow back into the pads of her paws if not trimmed. Upon leaving I was 1) charged $5.00 more than what I was initially told and 2) I felt her nails and then didn't seemed trimmed. I asked the owner if she trimmed them and she said "yes, of course! They were very close to her pads" I didn't feel right about it but I accepted her answer and left. This morning I took her to another groomer to get her nails trimmed. They asked when was the last time they were trimmed. I told them yesterday. They told me they weren't trimmed yesterday and that no one cleaned and trimmed the inside of her ears. They trimmed her nails, cleaned and trimmed her ears and even scooped out the hair on the pads of her feet. I don't appreciate paying for services that weren't rendered, and am thankful that other groomer this morning cared enough to take care of my pet. read more

My dog and two persian cats love going to see Tina! She does an amazing job and best of all the animals are relaxed when they leave there! She is under construction, but don't let that scare you away. You will be missing out on the BEST GROOMER EVER!! read more

I've been taking my dogs here for a few years now. Great location and superior service. Tina is the best. She is always able to squeeze in my dogs, and she takes amazing care of them. I don't even have to tell her how short I need him. I let her decide based on the weather. She is super knowledgeable and loves animals. read more

I LOVE Tina, owner and operator of Noah's Arf! I've been taking my dogs and cat there since she took over from the prior owner. I can always get my animals in on a moments notice, which is good because with my work schedule, it's not always easy to schedule ahead. She's very good with the animals and her fees are very reasonable. Tina has been putting together a Boutique in her lobby and has a lot of cute clothes for your fur babies, along with leashes and collars. On her humanitarian side, I don't know if she still does this (I would assume she still does), because I'm not affiliated with the Redlands Animal Shelter anymore, but when the shelter would get heavily matted cases in, Tina would donate her time and services to groom those animals. read more

This was our first time at Noah's ARF and we were not pleased. The woman at the front desk was not friendly when we entered. The office was unappealing and not welcoming. We explained that we wanted our terrier mix to be washed, brushed and trimmed up. We explained that we did not want him shaved to short. The woman did not understand and made us feel like we were asking for too much. When we came back our dog looked ridiculous, his hair was uneven and his legs face and nails were sloppily done. He did smell good. We paid and left and later got a call that he had been sick while there. We Will not be going back. We could do a better job ourselves. read more

I took my dog for a haircut. The haircut was great for the price, $40. The problem was they pulled all my puppy's hair out of his ears; Resulting in bad ear infections. The groomer told me she just did it since his ears had a lot of hair; didn't even asked prior to doing it. It cost me a trip to the vet (350dlls). Very expensive at the end. Needles to say i'm not happy with this groomer. Wont go back. read more

I was excited to take my dogs here due to all the great reviews, but I did not have a 5-star experience here. I have two maltipoo puppies who needed a trimming. When I dropped them off I was nervous but I did not feel comforted or put at ease by the groomers attitude. The groomers did not care that my dogs were scared as they carried them away, they simply pulled them out of my hands and went to the back without any reassurance that they would be just fine. They were great about having them done on time and calling me a half hour before they were ready for pick up. Once I paid and went home, I found scratches/cuts from the razor one both of them. They did not even care to mention that they had left behind these scratches/cuts, as I am sure they hoped I wouldn't notice. The hair was not cut evenly, their razor they used left an obvious pattern of the blade in their coat, and they did not even smell as if they had just spent 2.5 hours being groomed. I won't be coming back here. read more

These ladies are sooooo nice. My dog is old, cranky, and stinky but they always treat her nicely and make her look pretty. Call first to shorten the time but they will work with you and try to fit your dog in even if you don't have an appointment. read more

Tina and staff are amazing! I have been a customer of Noah's Arf for years and I have seen her and her staff in action first hand...behind the scenes. I have 3 Saint Bernard's and 1 Mastiff and Noah's Arf is the only place I would ever take my FurBabies to get groomed. The first time I met Tina I took in my very emotionally fragile rough coat Saint Bernard Ranger. I had a very tough time finding a groomer that would take the extra time to build a relationship with Ranger. I am convinced he was schizophrenic and Tina was his Dog Whisperer! Tina and Ranger became buddies and I never had an issue leaving him in Tina's care for grooming. My boy came home happy and beautiful. He was not traumatized by his experience. In fact when I picked him up his tail was wagging and he was playful with Tina which was rare for my Ranger. The bottom line is Tina provides more than a bath and a clip for your fur kid she genuinely loves what she does and has a wonderful relationship with her fur clients. I highly recommend Noah's Arf and I would not take my FurBabies to anyone else. You can trust her with your Furbabies and she does it all with a sincere smile on her face at a very reasonable price! 10 Stars! I now live in Beaumont and have no problem making the drive to Redlands...she is worth the time! Thank you Tina and Staff! read more

I took my two cats there and when I called to make and appointment the lady seemed rushed and kinda rude but I took my chances. When I dropped them off first they opened late, when I finally got in I got the same feeling when I was on the phone about her attitude. My cats don't like the car and hate being in cages so I just didn't want to put them through that again so I dropped them off. When I asked when they would be done and I got a rude comment saying "you can't blow dry a cat" so I dropped it. It took from 9:30am-2pm to get done which seemed super long for just a bath and nail clipping (which she cut to short and I saw dryed blood on their nails). I will say when I picked them up a different lady greeted me and she seemed nice and I ended up paying $40 for each cat which is very reasonable. I personally wont be going back, but I rarely get my cats done since I usually clip there nails and they keep themselves relatively clean. read more

Love this place. New to town and they did an excellent job on my nervous furball. Thank you so much for taking good care of my baby and making my Sadie a pretty girl!! read more

They did an amazing job on my Border Collie. They we're also very sweet and gentle with my dog. I am so happy this was a good experience for my dog because she has had bad grooming experiences in the past. In fact, every time I got in the car, she kept jumping in thinking we were going back to Noahs Arf. It was really hard to get her out of the car. I find that absolutely incredible in itself and it spoke volumes about her experience there. She was abused by her former owner and hated to be washed and brushed. It took me over a year with gentle and loving brushing and grooming to get her to trust me and relax through the process. I wasn't sure if she was ready to be sent out for grooming. But the staff at Noahs ARF were so kind, loving and gentle with her and I finally feel as if my Molly has been reformed on this issue. Thank you, Noahs Arf. Your staff was a Godsend! Your prices are very reasonable compared to other groomers in the area and your grooming expertise is impeccable. read more

i took my little pom here for many years. We loved the owner and she always squeezed us in and did an amazing job! The dogs all seem happy back there. My dog was never afraid to go. The owner is sweet and down to earth and does a great job. Unfortunately Chip had a hair appt here the day he died. So i had to call her and cancel his appt. She was so sad for us. If i get about dog, I will for sure take him here! read more
