The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the livestream cameras. They tend to be blurry, and it's difficult to clearly identify my dog when watching. Even when I'm connected directly to the internet rather than Wi-Fi, the cameras still appear blurry. I just wish the cameras in the play areas were a bit clearer. Overall though, we've had a really positive experience and Susie always comes home happy and tired.

One salon kept my dog for seven hours and he was beyond stressed and thirsty when I picked him up. So I was ready to give Paw Pup Grooming a try and I am SO happy I did. Megan took her time to meet my husky boy Cosmo and listened carefully to my questions and concerns. Huskies are not easy to groom but not only was she done in a reasonable time, Cosmo also looked amazing and was so happy after, he kept running back to her for pets.
