Both of them struggle with separation anxiety, and my Mikey has severe anxiety and isn't very comfortable around other people. As a dog mom, that can be so nerve-wracking. After reading the reviews and following Angela on Instagram, one thing she wrote in her bio instantly stood out to me -- that if our fur-babies need a moment, she gives it to them. The second I read that, I knew she's the one. You can tell this isn't just a job for her, it's her passion. Today (3/4/26) I took both of my boys in, and Angela welcomed us with open arms. I shared Mikey's backstory, and she met him with nothing but compassion, grace, and understanding. She was so patient and gentle, and that meant everything to me. When I picked them up, I was in awe. She made both my boys look so incredibly handsome! More importantly, I felt at peace knowing they were cared for with love. Angela is someone I will absolutely continue going to. Last year we had a bad summer with foxtails and hot spots including huge vet bills. Our Holly had started biting and scratching and we thought we were in for another bad summer of hot spots. We asked Robert if he would check her out in the grooming process. When I returned to pick up Holly, Robert said no foxtails and no hotspots, instead they found fleas, gave her a flea shampoo and treated her fleas with an anti-flea medication similar to Frontline. We brought her home with no scratching or biting, and we are not headed for more vet bills. We are so appreciative!! Roger

I said that was the main reason I came, so he said they'll try again... 1 minute later said "ok he's done they clipped them" First off... they DID NOT clip them! Secondly.... He was supposed to be de-shedded and wasn't BUT he was butchered around his entire hind area and mid stomach (he is a short haired dog that should have never had a razor on him) I will never return here and I would suggest nobody else does either! Not only is it dirty but they did a terrible job!! I couldn't imagine if I had a pup that needed a real haircut! My pup bolted to me crying he was terrified! We have recently moved to Highland and in search of a new groomer for our pet baby. Our animals are like family so we take much precaution in choosing who grooms. We found Best Friends grooming through Yelp! And the location was clean, stations were in plain view not hidden in the back and plenty of kennels to separate dogs so there aren't any accidents. Even when I'm connected directly to the internet rather than Wi-Fi, the cameras still appear blurry. I just wish the cameras in the play areas were a bit clearer. Boarded our cat for a few nights while we went out of town. When I originally spoke with them over…read morethe phone they sounded extremely professional, said they offer photographs daily of our pet and that they would need to see vaccination paperwork at drop off. Called a second time to book a tour of where our cat would be staying - I was told by Ryan that having visitors come to the back would disrupt the dogs' experience.... Mkay. He said I could come in and see photos of the cat's lodge in the office and he has some on his phone. At drop off, there were many dogs in the office so be aware this is more of a business catered to dogs than cats. My cat was already stressed, not a shocker but still annoying. When it was my turn, they confirmed the dates she will be staying, literally took her to the back and didn't ask about vaccination or anything. It was very fast and felt off, but whatever. When I asked to see photos of where she would be staying they acted strange, as if my question was taboo. They didn't have any they could show me so I literally dropped my cat off and have no idea where she is going. Awesome. I left and in the car called to speak to someone who would send me photos - it was odd how they made it so difficult to send me 1 photo. They said they did take a photo but the cat was blurry so they will try again later.....Huh??? It's not hard to send a photo in 2026. Anyways, at pick up when they brought out my cat, they gave her back to me in the WRONG CARRIER. That was my sign that this business is shady and unorganized. The guy panicked when I told him the carrier wasn't mine and took them an additional 10 minutes to get the right one. And yes, I checked to see that they gave me the right cat. They also included a dirty old cat toy in the carrier covered in hair that was not ours. Gross. Very chaotic - never will be returning and would not recommend.
