Kaley was really kind when setting up the appointment on the phone & in reminding me about my dog's appointment. Additionally, when dropping our dog off we told them last minute that our dog had some skin/allergy problems, and they were super kind/understanding about it, and gave her a medicated bath. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and isn't the best behaved sometimes, but Whiskers to Tails did an AMAZING job! They've definitely got a new customer in me and my dogs.

Both of them struggle with separation anxiety, and my Mikey has severe anxiety and isn't very comfortable around other people. As a dog mom, that can be so nerve-wracking. After reading the reviews and following Angela on Instagram, one thing she wrote in her bio instantly stood out to me -- that if our fur-babies need a moment, she gives it to them. The second I read that, I knew she's the one. You can tell this isn't just a job for her, it's her passion. Today (3/4/26) I took both of my boys in, and Angela welcomed us with open arms. I shared Mikey's backstory, and she met him with nothing but compassion, grace, and understanding. She was so patient and gentle, and that meant everything to me. When I picked them up, I was in awe. She made both my boys look so incredibly handsome! More importantly, I felt at peace knowing they were cared for with love. Angela is someone I will absolutely continue going to. He was supposed to be de-shedded and wasn't BUT he was butchered around his entire hind area and mid stomach (he is a short haired dog that should have never had a razor on him) I will never return here and I would suggest nobody else does either! We have recently moved to Highland and in search of a new groomer for our pet baby. Our animals are like family so we take much precaution in choosing who grooms. We found Best Friends grooming through Yelp! And the location was clean, stations were in plain view not hidden in the back and plenty of kennels to separate dogs so there aren't any accidents. Given that he has always been social and has attended daycares since he was 14 weeks old, this raises concerns about whether breed bias may be playing a role. I also noticed an $8 fee for someone to stand next to a dog while they eat lunch, which feels unusual and excessive. The front desk staff has always been kind, but there is one employee who creates the social media videos who consistently avoids greeting customers and immediately goes to the back whenever someone approaches. It contributes to an overall feeling of poor customer service. Because of these issues, we'll be returning to Ufuria in Rancho Cucamonga.

Since we're at work and school the whole day, we decided that day care was our only option and called around. It worked out that this was only 15 minutes away from my school so we called, got the info, and now repeat customers! They do need a recent fecal test done, which we had done at their place since it was so last minute but they were very accommodating and we results back quick. We were thankfully able to schedule him for his eval the next day, which he passed! I really love that they have six different outdoor yards and the dogs are separated based on their play style. My dog LOVES to play and run around, but I do worry about him annoying other dogs lol so I'm glad that I don't have to worry about that here since he can play with other dogs who have just as much energy as him. They have webcams from 8-5 so I'm able to check in on him and they also upload pics of him throughout the day + a daily report card! Their hours are also amazing. They open from 6:30AM-6:30PM so I'm able to drop him off early before school and pick him up after 6 when I'm off. The staff here are all so nice. I always call and ask to give his paws a quick wipe down when I'm on his way just because his paws can get a lot of dirt and they're always so nice about it, which I really appreciate. Pricing is also very fair. We get the 14 full day pass, which is $418 and it's well worth it. I've also done glamping here with them, where you get charged half day (when he's just playing) and then he gets his bath. They do a great job with the deshedding and then after he's just in a suite so he doesn't get dirty again. I love that they do that. Overall, I'm really glad I found this place. It's given me and my bf a peace of mind when we are busy. Highly recommend!

At drop off, there were many dogs in the office so be aware this is more of a business catered to dogs than cats. My cat was already stressed, not a shocker but still annoying. When it was my turn, they confirmed the dates she will be staying, literally took her to the back and didn't ask about vaccination or anything. It was very fast and felt off, but whatever. When I asked to see photos of where she would be staying they acted strange, as if my question was taboo. They didn't have any they could show me so I literally dropped my cat off and have no idea where she is going. Awesome. I left and in the car called to speak to someone who would send me photos - it was odd how they made it so difficult to send me 1 photo. They said they did take a photo but the cat was blurry so they will try again later.....Huh??? It's not hard to send a photo in 2026. Anyways, at pick up when they brought out my cat, they gave her back to me in the WRONG CARRIER. That was my sign that this business is shady and unorganized. The guy panicked when I told him the carrier wasn't mine and took them an additional 10 minutes to get the right one. And yes, I checked to see that they gave me the right cat. They also included a dirty old cat toy in the carrier covered in hair that was not ours. Gross. Very chaotic - never will be returning and would not recommend.
