I'm happy with the service. The lady was kind and gentle with my dog. I went to my last groomer in the past 3 or 4 times and they never trimmed and got rid of the matted fur under my baby's ear but this lady noticed it right off the bat that they needed to be cut off. Which goes to show that she pays attention to details. Overall I'm pleased with the service because she did what I asked for. And also I noticed my baby liked her. I would go again because I know my baby is good hands. read more

My pup and I were able to be squeezed in without any issues to get her in for a bath. I requested that she have an oatmeal bath as she has allergies and there wasn't an extra charge for it, which was really nice. When I saw her after returning to pick her up, she was so clean and looked great! I was very happy with her nail trimming as well. Loved the Halloween bandana she had on! :) Great job and we'll be taking her in again really soon! read more

I'm new to the area and needed to find a dog groomer for my Meggie. Yelp led me to Noah's Arf in Redlands, and once again Yelp didn't lead me astray! Very nice folks, were able to get me in quickly, and get my dog washed and cut in just a few hours, at a very reasonable cost. They obviously care about their animals-- and they left my dog looking and smelling great! I'll be back! read more

Lol they do a great job at noahs arf. Were always happy with the cut. Price is reasonable as well!! I give them 5 STARS. My dogs are always going to get groomed here read more

I can't say enough about Noah's Arf! They do such a great job grooming my beloved cocker Flynn. He always comes out looking exactly how I hope he will, and if there is anything that I want different, they take care of it before he goes. My little dog is not only getting older, but he can only use 3 legs, and his bad leg hurts. So he isn't an easy dog to groom. But they never say a word, they just do it, even though I know he takes longer and is harder than other dogs. Thank you Tina for everything you do for me! You're the best! I highly recommend Noah's Arf to everyone who loves their dogs! Linda Osborne, Redlands, CA read more

I've been taking my dog here for a year and I thought they were doing a good job until my last two visits. The service was the first red flag. The employee gave an attitude that seems more of a personality trait. The second red flag was from when I picked my dog up there once and noticed there was a lot of redness on his paw. I assumed to be an allergy related issue. However, later looked more like he was clipped by the grooming instruments. The third and final flag was when I dropped my dog off the last time. We arrived at 12pm and by 4:30pm I got concerned and called to check on the status. Their reply was, "Your dog is on the bottom of the list and we have too many dogs to cut before him." About 30mins after that phone call they called and said he was ready. When I arrived he looked just as I left him, no grooming took place at all. I asked the same employee with the snarky attitude what happened. To which she replied, "you said you wanted a short cut." This was the beginning of the summer and my dogs fur exceed over three inches. I basically left my dog at this establishment to be 'babysat'. After taking my dog to a new business they informed me that he must of been traumatized from the previous groomers. I write this to inform new clients to precede with caution and not to diminish a small business. I always believe people are entitled to a bad day and to give back into the community. This place had too many red flags for me to continue my business and handle a member of my family. read more

They do an amazing job! I took my 5 month old Pomeranian puppy for the first time and I was honestly amazed on how good he looked. I was a little nervous because of his double coat and was unsure on how he would do, but they did an amazing job and thanks to them Sammie was ready to celebrate Christmas. Plus, the ladies were very kind and welcomed him with love, it wont be the last time I take Sammie to get grooming. read more

Took my dog here to get groomed. He was there 4 hours. I called to check how much longer and they said one more hour. Which I thought was a long time. Picked up my dog and he looked exactly the same. He just had the front of his face cut. I called the owner she explain that the dog was cut she watched the girl cut it. But had to keep asking the girl questions. Then the girl was loud yelling in the back what she did. As a customer I was not happy with the service. I'd never take my dog there again. Worst customer service . How does a dog stay there 4 1/2 hours and look exactly the same? read more

We had the BEST experience here. We adopted a stray who desperately needed love and care and Noah's Arf went above and beyond! Today was my kitty's first time ever getting a cut and I am extremely pleased. Tina greeted me this morning with such great energy and I instantly knew she was going to take great care of my cat. My cat was having tummy problems and I was worried to leave him because he hadn't eaten anything since earlier this morning. I was also worried because it was his first cut and I didn't know how he would react. I communicated with her and she delivered magnificently as she had my cat ready in under 20 minutes. I will definitely be back again, as her customer service and grooming skills are incredible; Blue my cat loved her. read more

Took my dog here for a nail trimming and it wasn't the greatest experience for either one of us. Staff should take more care in dealing with uneasy pets and try their best to put them at ease. Looks like a great place but unfortunately we won't be coming back. read more

Well to start I've been been going to noahs arf for a long time I've never had any issues with unkindness from the owner in fact its always been the opposite! I have never felt the need to write a review up until now because I always felt her actions spoke louder than words but after seeing the last two post on here I kind of feel is if there fake for 1 Noah's arf does not sell any kind of dog food or treats I don't know why Redlands Animal Shelter would send someone to a pet grooming place to buy food second the owner Tina is the kindest animal lover I have ever met in fact she runs an animal rescue out of her own home in her free time I highly recommend this place and as you can see I write my review with my real name not initials read more

Tina is amazing! My dog was so matted up. He was a hot mess. I first took him to Petco and they said they would not do him, They said they are not allowed to shave that close. Why be a groomer then? So Tina to the rescue. Okay so my dog turned out to hate the blade, so Tina had me hold him and we got through this. Tina is very patient. Saved me from having to spend extra money somewhere else for sedation. The cost. Only $50.00 dollars and believe me he was a Hot Mess. Definitely going back. I hope my dog gets used to being groomed. read more

Don't go here. You can do a better job at home with scissors. Save your dog the embarrassment and save your money. This place is terrible. If I could give them a zero I would. There is no consistency in the stylist cut. I was the first one in the door and why did it take 6 hours to groom my dog? I showed the owner Tina pictures and she argued about the size of the cut. I told her specifically what I wanted. My poor baby had a botched haircut. I could do better with a pair of scissors!! no consistency with the pricing. My first time I was charged $80 and my second time for the same service $60. Did the groomer pocket the extra $20 bucks I overpaid! I do not recommend this place. I called around noon to check on my baby and the girl who answered the phone had no idea which dog was mine. terrible customer service, inconsistent pricing. I will never return. Don't go to this place. Get yourself a pair of scissors and do the job yourself! read more

Took my little guy here a few days ago, and was very happy. Tina was super friendly and nice and bubbly. This place and Tina especially get five stars. I have a very small chihuahua, who is also a rescue and can be very on guard and frightened by people outside of our home. I took him here to get his nails trimmed and we were in and out within five minutes and not to mention it was only $5! He was very frightened and trying to climb all over Tina to get away, but she was so gentle and somehow got him calm enough to get all his nails trimmed. I was so impressed. We will definitely be coming back here! :) read more

I found this groomer through Yelp and the reviews are so accurate! I came here with my Yorkshire Terrier and he came home looking so adorable! He was a tough case, because he had quite a bit of matting, but they cleaned him right up. They have several coupons on their website that you should take advantage of, but be aware of the exclusions. I came in on a Friday and that was evidently an excluded day. However, it was 40 dollars for a wonderful job and it was worth every penny! read more

Noah's Arf is an affordable and great place to get your pets groomed. They are very caring for our old dog and get the job done well. He is very stubborn and doesn't like to cooperate that much in his old age, but they are very patient with him and he always come back looking great! Plus, they give him a cute little bandana! Very affordable pricing and right in the middle of downtown. It has a great "small business" feel, and one lady will sometimes bring in her daughter to help around the shop which is pretty cool! It's a really laid back place and we are very happy we found it! read more

I brought my dog here a few weeks ago for a bath and haircut. Tina greeted me and took great care of my cocker spaniel. He is very afraid of all grooming places becuase he absolutely hates baths. Tina understood this and graciously took her time grooming him, so he would not be stressed out as much during the process. One of the best things is that she really takes her time while grooming and is truly concerned about each animal. I am definitely going back becuase its nice to know your leaving your dog in good hands. :) read more

I went in to get my 3 lb. maltipoo puppy's nails trimmed. The lady was super sweet to my baby and was careful but efficient with his tiny toes. She said she didn't think he was big enough to need a full grooming service but recommended that we get him used to the clippers by getting his "sanitary areas" and face trimmed. We had her do it right then and it took just a minute. Both things costed just $10 and the whole visit took about 10 minutes. Draco seemed to like her and we will be going back when he is older for a full grooming. Will update review then! read more
