I want to tell you that every time I have needed them, they have responded. They "move with purpose". I never forgot that about them because heating and cooling is an essential amenity. The first time we called Pete's we had bought a house that had no furnace, central air or duct work. A huge project, expensive all by itself. We had a new baby and had to be ready to move from our apartment into the house within weeks. The level of coordination and care that Pete's has is unheard of! Even when there are other contractors involved such as electricians, they all work together with such professionalism, respect and synchronization that you literally cannot tell that they all do not work for the same company.
