    Beyond the Fork

This place is a vegetarian's dream. I am still thinking about my meal here weeks later! Will definitely be the first stop on my next trip to New York. We loved the Beyond the Fork sandwich and the Cheesy Corn Nuggets. Both dishes were absolute 10s and so flavorful. Dipping sauces were great as well. The shop itself isn't massive, but we found there was plenty of space to dine in. The service was great as well.

Slow, vibey R&B rolling from the ceiling speakers encapsulates the unique flair of No Fork. I would highly recommend the Famous NoFork, with beef prosciutto deliciously seasoned with hints of oregano. Bread was baked to crispy perfection although the main drawback was there was too much bread for the amount of meat and cheese inside. Besides the sandwich ratio being off, it was a delicious meal (I wanted to take the framed "emergency fork" off the wall for a keepsake on the way out).

Delivery was fast and food came hot. The No Fork beef prosciutto sandwich was pretty good bc of the seasonings and the special sauce on the side was tasty. But I really didn't care for the meat's flavor. It's smoky and salty but maybe I just don't like beef prosciutto? If you do you'll love this sandwich. I didnt like the fries. They were mealy in the middle. They tasted like subpar frozen fries. The corn nuggets were just ok. I also felt I could've got a bag or frozen corn nuggets and they'd be the same. Packaging was nice however. That makes me judge a place when it's only for deliveries. It says they care about their customers and food.

Took note of this place when I was on my way to another restaurant. The sandwich the person in the window was eating looked THAT good. I got the famous no fork sandwich combo with fries & a diet coke ($16.98). Service was fast, lots of available seating at 7pm on a Saturday, with house music bumping. Sandwich was good, albeit too salty for my taste. It's like if a hot pocket had prosciutto in it. I'm glad it came with olives & pepperoncinis since the sandwich needed the acid. Fries were hot & crispy. Wouldn't go out of my way to come back normally but I would ABSOLUTELY beeline here if I was drunk & had the munchies

Have been seeing this place on ig for quote some time. I frequent Crif Dogs which is literally like a block away, so I figured I'd indulge. Not a single regret! This place is AMAZING! I ordered the famous no fork and added the prosciutto. When I say PERFECT! I absolutely mean it. Whatever sauce they have, get it. It's great! Will be back in about 2 days. Staff was nice and welcoming

Great quick bite. Food was tasty and not overly greasy. Got the No Forks Given. Pleasantly surprised that the chicken was chopped instead of a large piece. Made for easy eating. The sandwich was great. Sandwich was more like a thicker breadstick vs a traditional baguette. Perfect size for one.

We were running a little late getting there because of traffic, but they were really nice about it which I appreciated. We ordered a bunch of things for the table so we could try a little bit of everything. The monkey bread was probably my favorite and definitely worth ordering. We also got the steak which was cooked perfectly, along with pasta and a burger. There was a small mix-up with our order and they accidentally brought out an extra pasta, but our server fixed it right away and took care of it without us even having to ask. Service throughout dinner was honestly great. We also tried a couple drinks and ended up staying for a while because we liked the atmosphere so much. It's definitely more of a special dinner spot than somewhere I'd casually stop into, but between the food, service and overall vibe I'd happily come back. Such a good dinner in NYC!

First of all we were a bit late due to traffic and weather but the staff was really understanding! Next, our waiter accidentally put in 2 pastas instead of a burger we ordered but had that fixed immediately and took it off our tab which was a super nice surprise. We got a couple things to share and everything was delicious! The monkey bread was totally worth the hype! Steak was cooked perfectly and the pasta was delicious. Also got a couple drinks! Would totally come back here again.

Ambiance: This place has a nice ambiance, definitely very "New York" -- dark (you can't see how dirty the floor is) and loud music (maybe too loud). We sat upstairs (we had a reservation) and of all the people on the top there was a party of 4 (us), a party of 8 (all dudes celebrating something) and the rest of the tables were on a DATE - which I thought was funny. Service: We were served by Ann-Marie who was so delightful. She was kind, super nice, and took the time to speak to us (which is basically how we figured out she wasn't a native New York City person). She gave us good food suggestions and we were very happy with our selection. Food: Here is what we ordered * Steak Frites: My two boys got the steak frites and I have to say the steak was awesome! I had a bite of each of theirs and they each ordered it differently (one Medium Rare/Medium and one Medium) and they both were prepared PERFECTLY. The fries were overflowing. * Caeser Salad with Salmon: My wife got the salad with Salmon (they only have a few salad options) and she enjoyed it. * Prawn and Crab Risotto: I got this and I have to say it was VERY bland. I wouldn't get this if you are looking for taste. I had to put salt and pepper on it to make it have any semblance of taste. Value/Price: I would say this is not over priced but it is not cheap either...bill is attached. I would recommend it to folks who are looking for a good place to either go out on a date or a family type meal.

Did an earlier dinner on a Saturday with a friend at the bar. We got some similar items, some different. The thing I kept the same was my martinis and all three (sour cream and onion, tomato, and espresso) were just as amazing as ever. Food-wise, I stuck mainly to the classics with one new dish: - Pizza rolls: Very good but 3 pizza rolls for $20 felt small to me. I feel like I remember seeing others served more when I've gone in the past, but not completely sure. They're nostalgic and fun, nothing to die for. - Fries: Great as ever, we opted for just one of the sauces (avocado dill). - French Dip: This used to be cut in 3 pieces and now it's 2. Works well with a duo but I do think it's actually a little smaller now than before when I compare photos. - Samoa sundae: Still amazing, still so so worth. It was fun going with a friend who hadn't been before and seeing the joy upon trying the dish! Bar service is friendly as always and they do a decent job moving you along to ensure the necessary turnover without feeling too rushed.

We were texted at 5:15 a spot at the bar was available. We were thrilled! Started with the sour cream & onion martini which i enjoyed and comes with a small side of chips. The musts: The caesar salad is outstanding. Tons of cheese. The fried cream cheese croquettes. The everything bagel croutons! The five cheese pizza rolls -yes! Wagyu French Dip served with au jous - outstanding Lobster & Caviar Roll Sour cream & onion martini Ok: French fries are fine. A little salty. Saoma sundae - lots of coconut Skip: Spinach & Artichoke Dip - meh. Had better at Applebees. The sauce trio for the fries - all were too salty. The service is outstanding. Everything was on point even though we sat at the bar. The attention to detail is great. Our course were staggered and we never felt rushed. Now is it worth showing up 2+ hour in advance hoping to get in. I don't think so. Once they hype dies down and you can book a reservation check it out.

The Service: The staff went above and beyond. A special shout-out to the incredible waitstaff and the attentive water service person who constantly kept our glasses filled--such a thoughtful touch. Our waiter was also exceptionally kind and welcoming. The Ambiance: Gorgeous decor with a warm, upscale energy that makes for a fantastic night out. Tips for future diners: Reservations are a must: Make sure to book ahead, especially if you are eyeing the gorgeous booths (note that the booths are designed to comfortably seat groups of up to 8 people).
