I've had the Brooklyn Heights with hot lean roast beef with lettuce and tomatoes on hero and the dumont with hot roast beef with melted cheese and onions on a hero. The employees behind the counter are usually very nice and make sure that you're being helped. As I wait for the sandwiches, I'm usually browsing all the other baked good options ranging from cakes to cookies to cupcakes. I did succumb once and paid over 20 dollars per lb for Christmas cookies. They were alright, but very pricey.

The New Yorker comes with spicy chicken cutlet so I swapped it with plain chicken cutlet and I'm glad I did since their chipotle mayo definitely had a kick to it. All in all, SO good.
