Every time we called to see what the schedule would be like, we would receive a reply with text me I'm with a customer. At least they could have picked up the phone to return the call or say I will call you shortly or call you before the end of business today. I don't know what kind of company this is but the customer service needs improvement. I recommend that no one to go through what we have gone through with this company. After a week I called them again and asked for an update. He stated that he was planning on arriving in an hour. I asked when did you call to arrange that? He stated wait what is your address? At that point my patience had run out and I was frustrated. Instead of apologizing he stated "if you're going to bark at me you need to cancel." I gave my feedback to One Guard and they are sending another company out I am very sad to know that our warranty company has this company listed as one of their preferred providers. We had a small puppy that died from Chagas Disease from "kissing bugs". I called them up and they were out within a day or 2 and treated our home/yard. They did not make promises they couldn't keep, they told us upfront that we would have to get serviced at least every 2-3 months to keep those nasty insects at bay. They have also managed to keep our yard flea free! We have them come out every other month and have been very happy with them. Their prices are very reasonable as well. We have 2 acres that we have treated and it is actually affordable. If you want an honest, trustworthy, experienced crew that you can afford...these are your people!

We transferred from ABC Termite to Scorpion Pest Control LLC. Our technician "Tyler" was great as he explained everything he was doing and was thorough with his explanations which helped myself in understanding what he was doing and spraying. He sprayed on the grass (fully - front and backyard), Powdered the Eves and Windows of the house, Powdered the Loop Holes around the house, Sprayed in our Garage, Sprayed inside the house on all of the baseboards, under the sinks (bathroom's and kitchen), Sprayed baseboards inside of the whole house (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, office, etc...). This company is very thorough with their sprays and even put some glue traps in the garage to keep critters away from coming into the house through the garage door or main door to the house. Their service is great. They are also able to work with your schedule. I called them yesterday and was able to get Tyler here today 05.31.2023 @ 9:00am. I fully recommend this company if you are having pest issues (ie: Scorpions, Ants, Spiders, Earwigs, etc...).

Keri handles operations. She coordinates the appointment and talks to you about what action will be taken. She makes sure you have a thorough understanding before moving forward. She is easy to work with and quite compassionate. Roger goes onsite and takes care of things by applying their products required. He further explains how the homeowners need to take action themselves. Both make a great team and i believe that is why their business is so successful. Most strongly recommended.

**Got Bats? Call Critter One!**…read more I highly recommend Critter One! Apparently, a few bats decided my house looked like a great place to settle down -- **without asking permission, signing a lease, or paying a dime in rent!** John and Jordan came out and took care of the necessary repairs, sealing potential entry points and installing an exit barrier so my little night-flying squatters could leave safely and humanely -- **but there would be no re-entry privileges!** They were professional, courteous, and very respectful of my property. They explained the entire process clearly, so there were no surprises... except for watching one very determined bat try to get back inside and discover that **his key no longer worked!** Sorry, buddy -- you've been evicted! About a week later, Miguel came out to check the attic and make sure there weren't any stragglers hiding out and refusing to leave. Thankfully, the eviction was successful and **everyone had officially vacated the premises!** He removed the exit barrier and sealed up the new soffit vent so there would be no surprise reunions. From start to finish, Critter One did an excellent job. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. I also really appreciated that the bats were handled safely and humanely -- **they just needed to find a new address!** Thank you Critter One of San Antonio! -DM
