So after a friend told me for my wedding/honeymoon I need to get a No Chip Manicure, I began my search for the perfect place. After looking thru MANY places on Yelp, and reading a lot of reviews, I came across No Chip Queen, and was amazed by the customers reviews and I knew that was the place for me. It was just a gut feeling. So I booked an appt for me and my Maid Of Honor. Yesterday, We went and had our nails done, (and yes, today is my wedding day and im writing this review while my hair is setting lol) but anyways, we had our appt, and first I will start by the atmosphere, it was bright, CLEAN, friendly, and it was decorated very modern. Felicia was such a lovey woman and absolutely made us feel welcomed and comfortable the moment we walked in. We all had great conversation while getting our nails done. She was professional, sweet and really did an awesome job on our nails, it came out perfect. I'm extremely happy with her work, and I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to her if you are looking for a No Chip Mani or Pedi. Felicia is very knowledgeable and thorough. Moreover she's very creative and easygoing. My no chip lasted for over two weeks (she uses the best products on the market), and today she painstakingly took it off with acetone-free polish nail remover remover and light buffing. Additionally she took care of my cuticles and put on an awesome nail polish. All this work for $25. You cannot get such a great service for such low price anywhere else. Felicia! Is wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and has an eye for detail! I went today for my first no chip manicure and she informed me on the product, answered all my questions, and provided me with the best manicure I've ever had. The no chip queen is truly amazing. She cares so much about her customers and is very knowledgeable about everything she does. I am also impressed with her sanitation techniques. She uses a disposable liner in the foot soaking tub and only uses items, such as nail files, that cannot be sanitized. If you go here you will receive and excellent mani or pedi from a wonderful person who does a great job. The prices are reasonable as well. I've seen Felicia twice for no Chip manicures. She did a fantastic job both times. She really takes her time to make sure every nail is perfect which is a nice change from feeling rushed and pushed out the door with a not so great manicure at other salons. My first visit, she went into great detail about the product that she uses which made it obvious she takes pride in what she does. I have been getting my nails done at various places since the beginning of February of this year. I've been doing a lot of shopping around, as I want to find the best, as well as the most affordable. I recently have switched from gel nails to no chip and this was my third no chip manicure and my first visit here. I really liked Felicia's personality- she is very warm and friendly. She really took her time and educated me on my nails, the products she was using and how I can care for my manicure after I leave the shop. This is a great relief to me as I am used to people doing my nails that don't even speak english. I like also that you can text her for an appointment (which, since I'm a nightowl, I did at 2:30AM), and she got back to me less than 8 hours later for a next day appointment. I wouldn't be surprised if that was lucky, as she is really good at what she does. This is a fabulous place to go and I will be returning for my next manicure and pedicure here. Had my first no-chip with Felicia a few weeks ago and am very satisfied with the result. I had a hard time deciding on a color as there are so many and she was very helpful- I ended up choosing one of her suggestions. As a nail tech, Felicia is an artist. I had stopped getting no-chip manicures because they were destroying my nails and I couldn't convince myself that soaking your hands in acetone is okay for your body. It's actually pretty horrible for you. I was going on vacation and needed my nails done. With a little research I found the No Chip Queen. I am so glad I did. I had a no-chip done using Bio Sculpt which is a much more natural product and does not require a chemical bath to remove. She was so attentive, professional and great to talk to. The files and foot bath liner were all disposable which I so appreciated. There are no other nail technicians in this neighborhood that provide such a meticulous and sanitary service. At no chip queen you get personal attention no question without the hustle and bustle of a big salon, although you do get the same quality of work as in high end spas and better. The thing that I like the most is her focus on sanitation since the pedi tub she has has no jets, it has disposable inserts and I am fine with that since I bet no matter how much other salons can try to keep clean those jets I am sure there is still science project going on in them. I have come here a few times with a friend and the manicure was great but not the service. I was told to wait until the lady finished up with a customer and she took her time laughing and talking. When it was my turn she had the nerve to answer her phone right before servicing me and told me to wait when my appointment was already 15 minutes late! The call was not an urgent one it seemed. she was laughing on the phone and making small talk! Finally I was taken care of without an explanation as to why my appointment was late. Ladies - I can't rave enough about Felicia's work. She is a QUALITY manicurist. Not only was I amazed at the cleanliness of the place (she uses disposible liners in the foot tub, disposable files and buffers - and you even leave with the nail file, buffer, shoes and toe separators she uses on you). I have NEVER seen that ANYWHERE. More places should be doing this. While she doesn't have the "jet" tub for your feet (which I didn't miss considering those things are a breeding ground for disease), she makes up for it with a comfortable massage chair AND the water is heated and the foot tub vibrates. Felicia is a pleasure to talk to AND while this isn't a swanky salon, she provides a nice calming atmosphere in her pedicure room. In addition, she pays attention to detail, and her hand and foot massages are the bomb. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a great mani/pedi. I have been going to the NCQ for a few months now. Before that I tried numerous places and all of the no chip manicures I had chipped after a few days. When I get a manicure from Felicia it lasts! I get a new one every two weeks because my nails grow out. The color loks like it did when she first did it. She is awesome. She is also very affordable. read more

I have been to her three times now for no chip Biosculpture manicures. She explains the product if you are new to Biosculpture & is very meticulous in her work. l walk away with beautifully shaped nails, clean cuticles & a gorgeous shiny color that will easily stay looking fresh for 2 weeks or more! The icing on the cake is that she has a great personality & is so pleasant to talk to. In addition to no chip mani & pedi she also does regular mani & pedi... she has fall's hot, new colors by Essie & OPI. She works by appointment & accepts cash or check, I checked out her Facebook page and looked at all the pictures of her work, seeing those pics & reading the Yelp reviews really pushed me to check her out & I am very glad I did. If you are looking for a high-frills salon, this is probably not the place for you. However, if you're looking at a great, clean, fast no-chip manicure, GO HERE!!! The location is easy to find and there is a lot of street parking on Milwaukee (no meters!). Felicia is flexible with scheduling and I had no problem getting in to see her. She explained the product she uses which is FDA-approved and all natural. It doesn't have any acrylic like the OPI, shellac or gel no-chips. She didn't file down the surface of my nails which I've heard they do for other no-chip treatments. There is a great choice of colors available. Manicure was great and four days later still looks like new. As for the pedicure - AMAZING. She really took the time to take care of my feet which hadn't had a pedicure since before the snow. They were a disaster!!!! I already scheduled my next appointment. There is also a deal where after 5 no-chips, you get one free. I am almost afraid to write a great review, because I don't want her to get totally booked and be hard to get into!!! But seriously, look no further for your no-chip needs! read more

this place is awful, it took me 3 tries to get someone to call me back, when i finally got through, she could not get me and my daughter in for almost 3 weeks, if i did not have a you swoop i would never have come in, so she made our appts for the last day of the swoop. she never even called to confirm my appointment even though i made it so far in advance, i made an error on my calendar and put it down for monday, and she had sunday, she never called to confirm nor did she call when we did not show up, she got her money no mater what, poor business practice, and a bit of a scam artist if you ask me. just thopught you should know, and now she is having all her friends prank call me because knows who i am and what my phone # is be very careful with this non professional read more
