My daughter got a regular burger but with a bean vegetarian patty. We were going to split a basket of ranch seasoned fires. These were big overloaded burgers. Mine had beef bacon, American cheese, pepper jack cheese, nacho cheese, hot sauce and crushed Doritos. Also lettuce, hot sauce and more. It was a big bite and a lot going on. Really good but maybe a little too many flavors. She liked hers too. The fries tasted a lot like KFC 11 herbs and spices fries. That's a good thing. The only down side was the high price and the drink selection in a cooler. A soda fountain would be appreciated. 4.3 rounds to 4. I'd go back.

The foundation for a good meal here is a frita - a fried patty with bread and toppings like an egg and/or tropical slaw and shoestring French fries. The batido - complements the meal so well and is essentially a smooth fruity fresh smoothie. From flavors like passion fruit to coconut cream to hibiscus, the lean more sweet than fresh fruit but make for a good refreshing drink for after a long day! The fritas are SO good with the tropical slaw! This will be my new spot in A2!!! One note: the way food is delivered to tables is by shouting out the name which can be impossible to hear for yours when it's extremely packed (which is usually the case). Otherwise, the space has good seating both indoors and outdoors.

I was in the neighborhood as I was conducting some business at the University of Michigan. It's pretty much a very small old house converted into an ordering counter and kitchen behind. When you come in, you are expected to have your order ready to spit out without any hesitation or you get cursed and screamed at by the person at the counter. I had read that this was their modus operandi so I wasn't shocked! The burger was cooked on a flat top that was well loved. As I really wasn't sure of the condiments they offered. I just told them to load it up. My Burger came with a nice toasted bun-it had a freshly made burger, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. It was very tasty. Krazy Jim doesn't do any advertising, but there were an abundance of college students waiting in line to order their burger. It feels to me like he is a legend of sorts as is the Blimpie Burger. I'm glad we arrived when we did as there was only a short line. Next time you're in Ann Arbor, Michigan, check it out. You won't regret it.

The Arbor Super Burger was amazingly delicious and juicy, my taste buds were having a party with the flavor. My only complaint is that there isn't another location closer to me so I could enjoy it more often! Will definitely be dining at this place again!

Service was excellent, with the entire staff attentive and friendly. The atmosphere had that cozy, comfortable feel of a little neighborhood eatery, almost like Central Perk from Friends. The menu had plenty of appealing options and the prices were reasonable. The coffee wasn't really to my liking, something seemed a little off for me, but others may enjoy it. Mostly that it's a bit overpriced for the portions. They do have vegetarian options but not a lot. It's one of those cases where you can pay $20 for a plate of vegetables and expect that to be a full mean but if you eat meat or fish you're getting something a bit more substantial. I was hesitant to come for just dinner and order à la carte for that very reason. So instead: we came for the vegetarian tasting menu. They offer a vegetarian, vegan or pescatarian (as well as regular Meat) tasting menu on Wednesdays and Thursdays only and it's 5 or 7 courses. We did 5 which was plenty. It was a very vegetable-forward meal but it was a good way to try their menu. I do wish they had more vegetarian protein offerings but again, the flavors were fantastic. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive and was able to explain each dish with detail. I'll def come back but I hope they offer some protein options like beans or tofu or something for their herbivore friends!

She incorrectly named the beverages so 4 of us had the wrong drinks and found out by tasting the alcohol. This was a huge disappointment. The appetizers were yummy- we had the Mac and cheese (the best), peach salad, and cauliflower. The cauliflower had a sauce I did not particularly like. The portions were small to share amongst 4 of us so keep that in mind (some of them were sides). I didn't think they had a great selection of meals, it all just felt very limited so I just chose the hummus appetizer. It was very yummy! Good size. One of us got the fish taco and the general complaint was that there was too much stuff and not enough fish (you could tell just by looking at it). The shoe string fries was very yummy and the pasta was just okay (too much cheese but that's a personal preference)
