The savory pastries and sweet treats are equally delicious, and seem to reflect the Yemeni culture or region. We tried the Khaliat Alnahl (Honeycomb) for breakfast today for the first time and it was literally perfect - flakey, crispy, buttery pockets of cream cheese with honey drizzled on top. The ambiance is clean, bright, and beautiful with modern fixtures. The music playing is typically something in Arabic and middle eastern. Which does add another layer of appreciation for the the historical and cultural context of coffee and chai tea. I could say a lot about this, but I digress. The staff do a great job to keep , and always answer any questions we have. They seem like a younger group, but keep to themselves, and keep the quality high. You can tell the syrups are made in-house, and I appreciate when a place takes the time to make things from scratch instead of relying on store-bought syrups. The sweet potato theme was definitely working for them. That pastry was like an apple crumble bar and sweet potato pie had an entanglement and this was the result. No notes. I do want to mention that this is a small space, with seating for only about 15 people or so. So if you're planning to bring your laptop and camp out for a few hours, seating might be an issue, especially on a busy day. The dedicated meeting rooms are available for a price. See picture below. My other coffee shops, you can purchase all different kinds of coffee. In addition, they have an assortment of breakfast sandwiches. We didn't try the breakfast sandwiches, but they looked good on the menu and in the past We just got regular coffee and lattes. They were very good. The service was just OK. Our coffee was delivered promptly, but the server was not overly friendly. We ask for a refill on the plain drip coffee. We were told it would be two dollars for a refill. We ask for the latte to be reheated since we had sat there for sometime during our meeting. We were told they do not have a microwave. There are a lot of repeat loyal customers since this place markets themselves for business meetings. They may want to consider changing their model for their repeat customers. Perhaps by using their rewards program to recognize customers by offering a less expensive, or even free, refill on plain coffee. This will make them more competitive with other coffee shops. It will also encourage the meeting environment that they are trying to establish. We will return again for a business meeting. We are hoping they become more customer focused for their repeat visitors.

They have so many fun drink options, from signature drinks and seasonal favorites to tons of flavors in between, so there's truly something for everyone.
