She ran credit apps for my son under Akayla's log in and incorrectly spelled his name and used the incorrect address countless times. My son was initially approved for his own account but after several credit apps with incorrect information he ended up behind denied. Thank GOOOODNESSS I called the company after we left and ended up talking to Ashley. She discovered all the mistakes (including that Jasmine actually removed service from my sons phone altogether) and ended up processing everything and getting my son his own line. This isn't a corporate store, it's a 3rd party location... which essentially doesn't matter, but I feel like the "manager" isn't equipped to be running a store. The selection of phones available weren't ideal either. We spent roughly 4 hours in the store last weekend and ended up leaving with 5 separate accounts for one person, all with incorrect information, and an hour later we realized my sons service to his phone was cut off because they were trying to do some unnecessary work around. The value for the time we spent there is in the negative.

Several customers came and tried to get in but were turned away to locked doors as well. This is very unsatisfactory customer service. Will not be returning to this store.

Basically I ended up overpaying because my sim broke right after the first bill cycle that I had to set up a payment plan for cos I accidentally charged myself $1000 cos I used more than the plan allowed initially. There's a lot more to the story but yeah.) To anyone who's broke and sick of having to pay bills, if yo phone cut off randomly, just tell them your SIM card is broken. You get a new free SIM card and you might get a $50 credit. Don't even try to pay that bill until your service is working again cos you'll never get that money back. Anyways I have some screenshots from the agents. And yeah I was rude asl. I don't care. I was mad. All this money I'm spending on a broken sim when I got a car I need to fix. I told the people I wasn't mad at them and explained that I was upset with my situation before the chats ended. Except the first girl cos I didn't like her. That was the best I could do. You provide resources so people don't have to call so much and your resources are too busy tryna sell you the next phone. And shoot I'm a broke black woman and I'm left handed and I live in America. Everything be irritating me all the time. AT&T I want my money back. And in my account. Not no credits. Imma get a lawyer and imma sue yall.

Already had a phone line, so just needed to get a phone for wife and new number and port my Verizon number on. Instead sales guys pitches us on buy one phone get one free- tells us that it's like getting phone at half price. Short story.. 2 adults walk into this store... and walk out with 3 phone lines. Pretty slick - call AT&T and the help center is saying - sorry, but you're stuck with that 3rd line... on the hook for 30 months at $35 a month (for the line). That equals - $1k cost for a phone/line we don't need. AT&T is awful... it's fees. And nickel and dime. And some shady fine print bait and switches. Use them at your own risk.
