The guy that assisted us…read moreover a week ago, TJ was extremely helpful, exceptionally knowledgeable about the Apple product. He did everything within his power to help with a password reset process. We left that day without total resolve but was able to get a call with Apple Support representatives several days later after making an appointment for a callback. The Apple Support representative, Nadine was very helpful, she was able to provide us with the information and details that were needed to get the password problem resolved once and for all. Tomorrow will tell the story! I was unaware that the Apple Store provided the same service and that they also could have been helpful with promos.
