What really set this experience apart was that they brought in a claw truck to handle the demolition. It was super efficient and honestly really cool to see them work with that kind of equipment! They did an amazing job clearing the structure out. I really couldn't ask for a better job or smoother service. If you are in the Camden area and need work done, look no further.

Highest professionalism!…read more I had the tremendously difficult task of beginning to clear out some of my recently-deceased father's belongings in order to make life a little easier for my elderly mother. This involved emptying an old shed, dismantling the structure, and hauling away most all the contents and the building debris. I say "most all", because the building did contain some items a few family members wished to preserve. It was quite humbling to witness the care with which Jason and his wife treated Dad's belongings. To them, it wasn't just an old house filled with a bunch of junk. It was over half-a-century of memories being given new life. While most of what they pulled out had to be taken to the dump, there was some material that could be salvaged and repurposed. That's something I know my father - who obviously could never throw anything away :-) - would certainly have appreciated. Jason will be my first and only call whenever such a need arises in the future.

I feel like if someone is going to leave a one-star review, they should provide some context…read morebecause there's no way this company deserves anything less than five stars. I'm in California and own a rental property in Moyock. We're a military family, and I contacted so many companies that advertised themselves on the local Moyock pages after they commented on my post. Once I reached out, all I got were crickets. This company, however, came through. They even arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge help because another local company had promised to come out but completely ghosted us. It was very unfortunate. I'm so glad and grateful I found this company. I don't have to schedule weeks in advance, and they actually show up when they say they will. Going forward, I'll be recommending them to my renters whenever they need services, and I'll also recommend them to anyone in the community. This company truly deserves five stars.

Coastal Home Services Appliance Repair is the subcontractor that was dispatched to my call for…read moreservice under the Lowe's Extended Warranty plan. The washer & dryer I had purchased for my rental property were barely out of warranty when my tenant reported the washer not draining correctly & making a loud noise. At first I thought it might not still be leveled. But the video she sent was definitely not a sound that spoke to that being the problem. So I placed a trouble call with the Lowe's Protection Plan, their self administered extended warranty plan. I received a notification that the company assigned to my repair was Coastal Home Services Appliance Repair. The subcontractor was very responsive via text, my preferred method of communication. A day was chosen when my tenant would be home. The window of arrival could be obtained by calling or texting early on the repair date. My fear was that it was the drum. That would have required a parts order & return call. The other concern I had was that my tenant had washed a heavy comforter, not knowing it could damage the drum. I received a text when the technician was on his way. He arrived & completed the repair well within the window. It didn't require the drum but screws & bolts that has been connected & were stripped, which confirmed my thoughts that too heavy loads had been washed. It was a job well done Coastal Home Services Appliance Repair. It was also a validation of my choice of always purchasing the Extended Warranty for Appliances & higher priced Television purchases. The cost of the plans is always a great value compared to the cost of a repair.

Coastal Home Repair was assigned through Electrolux warranty service to repair my washing machine…read moreafter it developed a leak that flooded my laundry room. The technician diagnosed a faulty part and completed the repair. However, immediately after the repair, the machine began making a very loud noise that had not been present before service. I reported the issue the same day and sent video documentation. I wasn't asking for anything beyond a follow-up inspection of the machine they had just serviced, since the issue appeared immediately after their visit. Instead, I was told I would need to contact Electrolux again or pay for another service call. I later learned from Electrolux that the follow-up request had been rejected and the original service ticket was closed without a report being submitted, which prevented proper review of what had happened during the repair. Because the company refused to come back and inspect the machine, I ultimately had to hire another technician at my own expense after being without a working washing machine for nearly a month. Communication throughout the process was also difficult, with appointment windows set as 8am-5pm and very limited ability to narrow down timing, which made coordination challenging during an already stressful situation. I understand appliance repairs can sometimes involve more than one issue, but I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up support after a clear and immediate post-repair problem developed.
