We very clearly asked for the company to remove all items in the garage and to remove all items in the room to the right of the apartment. A associate came to our apartment to review the items. The room to the left was never mentioned in the walkthrough or in the phone conversation we had the morning of the service. Multiple bags of groceries (at least $100) were removed. Boxes that had never been used were removed. A box that was open and approximately halfway full with random items (including a $200 hairdryer and a Mac laptop) was removed. The linen closet was opened and sentimental and irreplaceable items were removed. The bathroom was opened and a piece of furniture that was not discussed was removed. When i called to tell the associate this information, he apologized for the miscommunication but did not take ownership that the miscommunication was between he and his employees. I would NEVER operate a business like this. I would NEVER reuse this business or recommend them, and quite honestly, it has soured our experience to the point that we will likely not use any company for this service again.

Highest professionalism!…read more I had the tremendously difficult task of beginning to clear out some of my recently-deceased father's belongings in order to make life a little easier for my elderly mother. This involved emptying an old shed, dismantling the structure, and hauling away most all the contents and the building debris. I say "most all", because the building did contain some items a few family members wished to preserve. It was quite humbling to witness the care with which Jason and his wife treated Dad's belongings. To them, it wasn't just an old house filled with a bunch of junk. It was over half-a-century of memories being given new life. While most of what they pulled out had to be taken to the dump, there was some material that could be salvaged and repurposed. That's something I know my father - who obviously could never throw anything away :-) - would certainly have appreciated. Jason will be my first and only call whenever such a need arises in the future.
