This involved emptying an old shed, dismantling the structure, and hauling away most all the contents and the building debris. I say "most all", because the building did contain some items a few family members wished to preserve. It was quite humbling to witness the care with which Jason and his wife treated Dad's belongings. To them, it wasn't just an old house filled with a bunch of junk. It was over half-a-century of memories being given new life. While most of what they pulled out had to be taken to the dump, there was some material that could be salvaged and repurposed. Dumped Co picked up the contract, and informed me when they were enroute to the site. The trailer had no wheels, and had to be dismantled on site. It was certainly more work than I had anticipated. They kept at the job, and told me they would finish it that day, apparently staying well after sundown to finish the job and clean up the site. They sent photos confirming completion about 8:45pm!
