Stop giving these people your business. They were quick to install the panels, but it didn't pass the electrical inspection, I was informed of 3 separate occasions (plural), a service technician will swing by and each time they said they were on their way THEY WERE NO-CALL-NO-SHOWS. When you attempt to submit a service request on their website, 888-969-6486 (go ahead and try it yourself) you are met with a "sorry mailbox full, goodbye" message. Call their cypress office, same thing, contact their email, same thing, request an appointment from their mynivo homepage, same thing, contact the project manager "Rachel Burkman" same thing, the only people i can seem to get ahold of are the sales people, how convenient right? The guy who submitted the permits also mysteriously doesn't have a working email for me to reply to. This is downright unacceptable, and quite frankly disrespectful, service.
Imagine this, what if a hailstorm damages your solar panels and you need to contact somebody? *anybody*? Well sales will call you no problem, but like what if you need replacement solar panels? During the texas summer heat? what if you worked from home? What if you have children or animals that rely on a reliable energy connection? "mailbox full, goodbye" is not acceptable guys. No-call-no-shows service technicians is not acceptable guys, failing a basic electrical inspection is also not acceptable.
Look Nivo, if you aren't ready to be a business THEN YOU AREN'T READY. Them commission checks sure look pretty sweet i bet, but your service is absolute garbage. Infact, if there was a tier below garbage, i would place you into that category.
