Prime Rib was on the menu special for Thursday so we both ordered the Queen cut portion with baked potato. Dinner came with soup or salad, tossed salad was nice and homemade dressing was good. Prime Rib came out medium rare to rare as requested and was okay but a little tough. Horseradish sauce was great. The breading was mushy and extremely greasy, and the cheese itself tasted low quality rather than the fresh curds you'd expect at a Wisconsin pub. The wings themselves were inconsistent. Sizes varied dramatically, which clearly affected the cook quality. Some were fried so hard they were like chewing leather, while others had soggy, undercooked skin. Flavor wise the buffalo were almost completely flavorless. The lemon pepper was extremely mild. The garlic parm was probably the best of the group, though still just average. The bourbon BBQ was rough. My wife ordered the Mary Mac burger without a bun and was told extra lettuce leaves could be substituted to make it a lettuce wrap. Instead, it came out with just shredded lettuce. Thin crumb breading that had some type of seasoning. I choose fries, coleslaw, and rye toast. The fries and toast were the best parts.
