me and my friends tried to go in and eat at 10:20 and the doors where locked and guy looked at us and yelled at us to leave when the door said sunday open until 1:30 am and when we got to the drive through they charged me extra for a frezzy Baja blast and the food was so over priced and also the guy kept ignoring me when i asked a question and cutting us off and was so disgusted and disrespectful to us. we will definitely never go to this tacobell location again. very disappointed. read more

this is the absolute worst taco bell ever, me and my friends tried to go in the lobby bc customers were eating and the doors were locked so we knocked and the managers just looked at us and walked away... we sat in the drive through for 20+ minutes and then i asked for 2 orders bc my friend ordered online and they told us no.. so i called the worker dumb and they refused us our food. bc their worker couldn't make 3 separate orders? i worked at mcdonald's it is not that hard. read more

Have normally had no problems with this Taco Bell until lately. The last 3 times they have not gotten our order right. Last time they had to be told 3 times to change something to the right item until they switched with some one else. They then tried to finish the order as we were asking for drinks. Got our drinks and the last half of the food. Only to get it home to find that the first half was gone again. Can't get a hold of them by phone to complain. We are now avoiding them for a bit. We have been there at least a dozen times and not once have they gotten our order right. There is always something missing or completely wrong and usually when you open an item it's been destroyed like someone played basketball with your food. We have called several times to inform them and they make promises to compensate us but they never have followed through with it. The wait is usually ridiculously long...you will get through the line and get your food faster at Culver's next door! It's hard to understand how a "fast food" restaurant can be so slow. I waited 15 Minutes in drive through, then when I Finely reached the window to pay I was informed by an employee that my Baja Blast soda was actually Baja Blast freeze syrup mix, so it would have no caffeine and and completely different calorie and sugar count. Hi I am a young man that just was working hard at a basketball pick up game. I came to this location to get a nice Baja blast freeze. They said they were out but they were just too lazy to make it because it was sitting in there untouched. I saw a woman reach into her pants then smell her fingers. Very friendly people here. Typically this taco bell doesnt mess up your orders or have too long of waits, but they are busy at times. It was recently redone (last few years or so) so it tends to be very clean and not as shabby as other taco bells. Conveniet parking lot as you can access it from many different ways as taco bell is in the middle of a more developed area. read more

Literally the worst tacobell i have been to. I went through the drive through and it was almost a 15 min wait all together. I was charged for a meal i didnt order so i had to go back inside which is exactly what i didnt want because i went to the drive through. The staff was not pleasant at all, they were rude. The people inside all looked upset. And the manager was yelling and complaining the entire time. I just had the worst experience ever at Taco Bell in Hartford WI. My family. And I went thru the drive thru at 10:30 pm and ordered our food. I asked the server 2 times about my order cause it did not display my order correctly on the screen. She confirmed that she had my order right. When I got to the window to pay I asked her again about my order because the price did not add up to what I ordered ( the price of my order was less then what I actually ordered) when I reviewed my receipt it was completely wrong due to the server not paying attention and joking around. I corrected her and she asked me to pull around and wait while she corrects my order and she will bring it out to me. I did what she asked then I realized that there were no cars beind me and they completely forgot that I was waiting for over 20 minutes for them to come out. I went back thru the drive thru to give them a reminder and they laughed at me and did not apologize for the waiting. They were playing around laughing and joking. None of the workers had name tags on so I asked what their names were so I can talk to management to inform them about my experience.FYI(I do have the receipt with the cashiers name on it). They would not release their names. I am a manager at a very successful store and I know proper procedures and this was flat out wrong in every way. Anyway I will continue to spread my experience about that location so people are prepared for the unprofessional, unpleasant experience that they will receive unless something changes on their end. read more

I recently moved out to Hartford, and have only eaten here at this location twice, both of which had left me displeased. The first time I dined in and the wait was astounding to get our order, and they weren't even that busy inside; all of the drive thru customers were taking precedence over the customers inside and we had to wait close to twenty minutes. The second time was only this past Thursday and that was through the drive thru. I'd ordered a crunch wrap supreme with a soft shell taco, and I took two bites into my crunch wrap supreme and there was no meat what so ever in it. So, I checked on the soft shell and it was skimped on the meat, next to none was in there. I called back and spoke to the manager there and was told I could come back and they'd remake a new crunch wrap supreme for me, as well as comp me an item from their dessert menu. The manager was courteous in handling the situation, but when I came back to get my new crunch wrap supreme and bit into it there was the skimping of the meat again. I've been to many different locations for Taco Bell and never experienced dissatisfaction at this level before, I'd rather drive further away for Taco Bell than ever step foot on the Hartford location again. I wouldn't eat there if it was the last place to eat in Hartford, I'll save my money for elsewhere. read more
