I was amazed by Tongtong's honesty, transparency, and experience, whereas a few other artists just recommended me the most expensive service rather than the most suitable one. Tongtong spent more than TWO HOURS on the nano blading eyebrows. She is one of the few and most detail-focused experts I have ever met: many times I was like "this part looks good/shall we move forward?" She was like "No this is not good enough. I usually love my experience here, but myself and my partner left frustrated. we both had an…read moreeyebrow threading appointment at 10:10 one with Diana and one with Ganga. we got here right at opening. two people were there, one in a chair and one looked to be a walk in. when we got there we found out Diana had car troubles and had to either do a walk in appointment or reschedule for my partner, understandable. Ganga serviced the person in the chair and was calling people to let them know what was happening with Diana's car and rescheduling. Ganga then took the walk in before me, and I wasn't seen until about 10:30/35 Since we had a different appointment at 11, my partner couldn't get her brows done. we booked the earliest appointment we could, and us both at 10:10, and would have left more than enough time for our appointment. I think management is responsible for how this was handled, not Ganga or Diana. it would have been nice for the salon to call or made aware of the appointment situation before our appointment time, and have someone else to cover Diana's appointments. It should not be all on one person to answer phones, reschedule appointments, take the walk ins, and their own scheduled appointments. it lead to delayed and slightly rushed service, frustration, and a lost sale from my partner

She took her time listening to my concerns and was honest about styles, color (I dye my head hair) and preferences that would work for me. She's a perfectionist, making small adjustments to my mapping outline, but thats what you want from someone working on your face, right!? I also have some unruly brows that want to go down when I want them to go up and we'll address those areas (maybe a few more brushstrokes) at my follow-up appointment in 8 weeks.
