From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. My pre-op appointment with Kristine was extremely thorough--she carefully reviewed both pre- and post-operative instructions and took the time to answer every question, which made me feel confident and completely prepared well ahead of surgery. Immediately after that visit, Laura emailed me everything we discussed in clear, detailed written form: pre- and post-op instructions, prescriptions to pick up in advance, check-in times, and all logistical details. There was truly no room for confusion. I felt fully prepared weeks before my procedure even took place. On the day of surgery, the care continued to be outstanding. Ana and Char made me feel calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived--everything from letting me choose my music in the operating room to making sure I was warm and at ease. In recovery, my PACU nurse, Tricia, was wonderful. She ensured I was comfortable, monitored my vitals closely, confirmed transportation details, and made the entire recovery process feel smooth and reassuring. Dr. Ching was exceptional throughout the experience. He checked in with me beforehand, answered all of my questions, and during the procedure itself--done under local anesthesia--he calmly walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Today is my first day post-procedure, and I feel completely fine. I didn't even need to take any of the prescribed pain medication. As someone who had never had surgery before, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the care was truly top-of-the-line.

In this paperwork - I requested that my images not be used for social media. There is a $200 consultation fee that is applicable to the procedure. Surgery was scheduled the very next day and was relatively painless. The office staff, PA, etc. were all friendly. The office was clean. ************************************* The bad: I now have a scar that is whiter and a tad bit larger than the Xanthelasma that was removed. I now feel like the small smooth yellow buttery Xanthelasma was prettier and less noticeable than the new white rough scar .. ugh.... I keep asking myself what was the point of paying around $1,200 (ouch) to have it removed. I have been using silicone gel & tape as they recommended - but it hasn't helped. I have a consult scheduled with another plastic surgeon to see if anything can be done. My photos were used for social media (Instagram story) even though I requested they not be used when filling out the paperwork. The final straw that led me to write this review - I received a bill today, almost a month later - for $200 even though I paid everything up front. This was resolved over the phone after they admitted the error. ************************************* Conclusion: I wish I had looked into this more carefully. A consultation with Dr. Cho put me at ease about my decision to move forward with an abdominoplasty, and the results are incredible. I interviewed with several surgeons before finally deciding on Dr. Cho. Besides his amazing bedside manner and his ability to put me completely at ease, Dr. Cho was the only surgeon I interviewed that insisted on keeping me overnight in Straub Hospital after the surgery. Even with that overnight stay, the cost was comparable to that of the other surgeons. The other surgeons all intended to send me home after surgery. After experiencing this major surgery, there is no way I would have been able to go home afterwards, much less care for myself during that first 24 hours post-surgery. I am also grateful for the care and concern provided by his amazing staff before, during, and after my surgery. It's been nearly three years since my surgery and the scars are, for the most part, invisible. Dr. Cho had me come back to restitch the "dog ears" of my trans-abdominal scar as well as my old belly button because he wasn't 100% satisfied with how they looked. After doing my due diligence, speaking with a number of women who have been patients of Dr. Feguson, and then coming in for the initial consult, I was so thoroughly impressed by Emma, Theresa, and company that I paid for everything right there on the spot. The total cost was slightly less than half of what the other joint quoted me. RESULTS: Let's face it... we're all getting older, and some of us are uglier than others. I was getting so ugly and wrinkly that I would wear a wig backward, put a mask on the back of my head, and walk in reverse everywhere I went. I'm not kidding. Small children would shriek and cry, women would shout "EEK!" and run away, and dogs would make that high-pitched howling they do when they hear a fire engine siren. Doctor Ferguson fixed that problem, and now I can't keep my hands off myself. I'm sure that is probably illegal in several states, but I don't care.
