I went to Dr Pasquale several years back to have a breast revision. I had previous breast augmentation done with scars under my breast, so of course, we would use the same scars to put new implants. When I woke up, one of my implants were put under my breast, and the other was done through my nipple (why? When I already had a previous scar??). It was botched and ended up leaking white thick fluid around my nipple. I went in to get it checked, and he decided to do some in office inspection and ended up rupturing my implant. It had to be taken out, wait several weeks to heal (one side with implant, one side flat chested) then put back at a later date. Needless to say, my left breast no longer works for breastfeeding because of the botched nipple. I ended up going to another plastic surgeon to correct and revise my botched nipple and implant pocket as Dr Pasquale also made it too big and to the side (my implants were moving to the side of my body. read more

Total miracle worker... I went for a consultation with Dr. Pasquale and had a great conversation. He took the time to talk to me about options dealing with my RA and went outside the box. I've been dealing with constant pain for more than four years, to the point I could not even dress myself without screaming in pain. He educated me on how sometimes the brain can manifest pain (even though physically my pain is from deterioration and bone on bone). I've done everything from PT to biologics and have been on the evil drug Prednisone for 4 years. I've thought a lot about writing this review (since 2022) , especially since doctor Pasquale requested I leave one, but I don't want anyone else going through what I have so here is my say - I will never go back. 15K for a reduction. One breast's incision is over an inch lower than the other side. And they are horribly lopsided with nipples placed too far to the center of my chest (they aren't covered by most bras sports bras sometimes) Requested an A cup, watched the nurse clearly write a cup, he gave me a b cup. The office refused to give an itemized copy of the bill for insurance despite multiple requests. (So I have paid that amount out of pocket for what should have been an insurance reimbursement but they - after repeated specific requests - refused to give me what I needed and either pretended to not know what I was talking about or truly don't know what they're doing in that office at all - after they told me they would do it for me and then when they didn't they assured me they would give me everything I needed at every step of the way they said they'd help with the insurance and I ate the cost still) The nurses seemed to have little experience. The doctor attempted to remove one of my drains before releasing the suction valve. He yanked it. Then when I needed more pain medicine bc of this incident he treated me like I was looking for pills when in fact I hate pills but he greatly injured me and caused an infection so I legitimately needed them. After multiple attempts to reach the office about a revision they offered to do it for $600 - the "cost of supplies". Given the results being as bad as they are I did/do not want to go back to them for the revision and will be looking elsewhere. My nipples still work though so that's nice? 15k for a botched surgery that will require a different surgeon to fix. I will never regret the surgery but I do regret this choice of doctor. read more

After about a year of looking at doctors and a couple different consultations I went with Dr. Pasquale, a friend of mine had hers done by him and I was more than pleased with those results. The consultation was informative and useful, he answered any questions I had. The surgery went great, it was speedy. It's been about 7 months since my surgery and I absolutely love my breasts. I am so happy with my selection and my body confidence has been boosted During the process, especially in the beginning, I had a lot of questions the staff were very friendly and supportive even when I wasn't always the nicest- not intentionally but I was still on medication and not very coherent. They helped with tips to assist in the breasts dropping to their position, addressed any concerns regarding positioning, etc. The scarring is minimal, I elected for through he armpit, yes there is a scar in the armpit on both, but it is soooo faint. I had a concern due to my body forming some stretch marks ( I started with 34C, had 550cc of silicon and now have a DDD) but they are helping with facilitating that treatment (I purchased more ultrasound treatments and have noticed a difference after the first one!) I'm also military and they are more than helpful and getting you the documentation you need so that you at not causing you are healing. Follow your after care instructions, and ask if you have any concerns. Understand what procedure you are getting and what the outcome will be. Friendly, professional, and informative. I have zero regrets. If Anyone at school or other life associates ask about them I always say where I got them. EDIT: added before and after pics! Still love them! The right armpit has a bit of a scar, but nothing too bad it just looks like a shadow, left armpit you can't even tell. BREASTS REMOVED FOREVER!! i removed my breasts yesterday and was nervous as heck! Dr. Pasquale is very straight forward and honest, and so far i havent had to take a pain killer. Being a mom I can say the pain is nothing like giving birth. I read that Dr. Pasquale trained with the Best Doctors of Hawaii and mentored many new doctors. I am an avid research nut and Dr. Pasquale has a lot of experience under his wing. He is amazing. One the fist day right after i woke up from amnesia... My eye sight was clear! As if the devil was removed from my soul! I felt so light and free!! I had that Allergan SRM 442 smooth round implant ( their company has a massive recall for TEXTURED implants). I just wanted min removed because IT WAS MAKING ME SICK! i had rashes, blurred vision and that punching back and shoulder pain.. UGH... RUINED MY SLEEP FOR SO MANY YEARS!!! The night of the removal surgery that pinching shoulder/ neck pain was GONE!! YES GONE! instant relief! I also had to unwrap the compressed bandage i had on to sleep. I texted the doctor at midnight and ASKED if i could take it off and he said YES! Omg the angels in my heart were so elated with joy!! LOL I was surprised he answered.. i slept so good despite the new cuts under the breasts (my old incisions.) i have barely any blood on the dressings.. yes i couldnt wait to see his work and inspect it! lol. I had a broken nose for the majority of my life - it was extremely disproportionate to my face, crooked& a huge insecurity of mine. I would wear full faces of makeup, large lashes & do anything possible to draw attention away from my nose. First and foremost I would like anyone who is considering cosmetic surgery or any type of procedures to enhance your look to not only depend on your surgeon. Be aware that you also need to be prepared mentally and physically before you attempt to do any work on your body. I waited a year to do my review for Dr. Pasquale because before doing my breast augmentation it took me about 4 years to find that right surgeon for me that I could trust with my life yes literally my life. I chose Dr. Pasquale because after numerous consultations some even I had to pay for, but he is FREE. I finally had a surgeon who believed in me, he listened to exactly how I wanted my breast and I explained to him what previous surgeons had told me. Previous surgeons kept trying to add on lifts and were telling me to check if my breast were even, and basically making me feel like they were just trying to make me pay for extras that I knew my body and I didn't feel that all was necessary. I went from a small B to a very Large DD which was 800cc Gel. My Doctor which I now consider Dr. Pasquale was my #1 supporter he knew how long I have waited for this procedure so he scheduled me for my surgery as soon as he had an opening. He also gave me pre and post care instructions, and very important a booklet explaining the type of silicone that was being inserted into my body. Dr Pasquale has once again gave me life back again, and its only been a few days! I had saline implants he put in yrs ago, after yrs one ruptured and it was slow leak or something as it kept shrinking, there was never am exact moment when i felt it. I saw a few drs based on what friends have told me, one even a surgeon! I was given all of these great promises then came down to me crying every time as each one didn't care that it affected every aspect of my life. Looking at myself became hard i would get dressed then look, i thought ok no dr is doing this for under 22k, working with body builders and in beauty industry myself, I decided to go full blown work out to compete. i did and i was ready to go when covid hit, at this time my implant was slowly changing, i kept it up when things reopened i was near ready again a shut down. I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had with a plastic surgeon and I am finally writing this review years later so hopefully someone else can be saved from the experience I am going through. When I first met Dr. Pasquale, his bedside manner was rude and short and my gut feeling wasn't good. But because of the lack of surgeons in Honolulu I went ahead with redoing my breast augmentation with him against my better judgement. When I came out of surgery, I was told that my previous plastic surgeon had torn my pec muscle and Dr. Pasquale did what he could to replace my implants despite this issue. A few days later I started experiencing symmastia where the implants start to migrate to the middle of the chest like a "uni-boob". I had to go in to surgery again with this doctor to fix the issue. (As a side note - after my surgery, Dr. Pasquale couldn't even be bothered to take my post-op sutures out. He sent in a couple of very young assistants to take out my stitches and as such, I still have sutures sticking out of one breast.) A year later, after moving back to California, I started to get capsular contraction for the first time in the breast that had had the symmastia issue and my breast became deformed and misshapen. I had never had this issue in my previous augmentation with another doctor. In consulting with several other doctors in California, I was told unanimously that Dr. Pasquale had been the one to tear my pec muscle during surgery as that is the only reason symmastia would have occurred at that time. It is now 11 years later and I can finally afford to have the mess Dr. Pasquale left me with fixed. But now, as if my experience with him wasn't bad enough, I am trying to get the surgery notes from my surgery with him to give to my new doctor. Crazily, Dr. Pasquale's office is telling me they don't keep patient surgery notes past 7 years! This is insane. Every other doctor I have spoken to says they have patient notes from 30 years ago. I'll explain how, i had been suffering from severe chronic pain to my lower back, neck as well as left ankle this pain after seeing every specialist in Sydney Australia which is where i am from all I was told was that my pain symptoms are too complex and the only treatment they could offer me was Opiods(Narcotic) painkillers, which i began to take everyday this i did for about over 5 years with some degree of success! During this research i fortunately came accross Dr Micheal Pasquale clinic and read that he was using this cutting edge pain management treatment called Ketamine Ifusion treatment for pain that no longer reponds to opiods! I was so desperate that i rand them and Dr Pasquale immeadiately agreed to treat me. So the following day I was on a plane fron Sydney to Honolulu for this treatment! Basically i can say that Dr Pasquale saved my life as when i got there and prior to strating the treatment i literally was suicidal not because i was deppressed but just because of my constant unbearable chronic pain! So what happened i started the treatment for the first two days enjoying the 4hour treatment experience however a few hours afterwards my pain would come back although not as bad b may 7/10. However after the third days treatment that was it my pain levels had dropped to just 2-3/10 and also I was able to half my high dose intake of the oxycontin from 320mgs a day to just 160mgs a day and then everyday just got better and better! My treatment was suppose to be fo 7 days but I decided to extend it by 3 more to ten! It was truly a miracle treatment on the internet it explains that Ketamine is whats called a dissasocative. Anasthetic so how it works to my understanding is that it during those 4 hour everyday disconnect the body from the brain and help the body and brain to forget all those chronic pain pathways that it has created. Anyway thats my understanding of it! The one thing is that there is no guarantee has to how long the treatment will last it could be 6 months or a year or indefinately this treament reacts differently to each person! But i believe or would much prefer to go and have this pleasent Ketamine Infusion treatment one a year even if I have to fly halfway around the world to have it instead of being addicted to morphine and opiods which come with all its side effects! I could never have thought of any kind plastic surgery I would consider before. I was very obsessed with the concept of "natural beauty" and I did eat very healthy, exercise and remain great in shape for my whole life. But after pregnancy and longtime breast feeding, my body changed and doesn't matter how I worked out, the stretched skin on the belly and the breasts never could recover the way it looks like before. After years of trying, I learned that there is no other way to change it unless go through the surgery. The smaller boobs never really bother me too much but the loose and folded extra skin on my belly did make me feel bad especially when I wear my fit clothes. But I won't be brave enough over the years to make the decision until one day my boyfriend for 4 years (ex now) pointed out my flaws. I feel it's totally not fair to a mother, who contributed to the childbirth, to feel bad for herself. But after broke up with my boyfriend, I started to do the research and talk to plastic surgeons and look for possible solutions. I should say that the trigger of the decision is not wise, but I am very happy that I made right decision for my life at that time and I am very happy with the results of the Mommy makeover procedure with Dr Pasquale. Dr Pasquale is the first Dr I talked to. The appointment with him is so easy and smooth. After checked up, he suggested me to do 350cc Round Silicon Implant (periareolar incision) and tummy tuck with no muscle repair. He told me I look great and I don't have to do the surgery unless I decide to do it for myself (not for anyone else). After talked to him, I did lot of research on line and found other two famous plastic surgeons. One Dr suggested me to use teardrop implant which I think totally not make sense to me ( my boobs appear to be bottom heavy after breast feeding and lack volume on top), teardrop shape would make it worse in my opinion. The other Dr told me he does all breast implant through armpit, one of the reason why is "some patients' areolas are very small", also the risk of infections and breast feeding etc. Seems they were "whole sale" procedures but I have large areolas! I know my girlfriends that did the implants with periareolar incision they were all able to do breast feeding. The scars under the armpit are absolutely my concern and I believe that doesn't matter how good it will heal it will still take a while. But as far as I know from the other girls the periareolar incision heals the best and you cannot even tell. The assistant of this Dr kept telling me the go bigger than 400cc. ( But I am a very small person with small frame and I can easily tell from their try-on samples they are too big for me!! And now after surgery I am surely know they are not the right size!!!Scary) These two Drs told me to do muscle repairs as standard procedures for tummy tuck. As far as I know I have very small waist and my core muscle is very flat. I am not quite sure if the two Drs suggested an even smaller waist? But I don't feel it is needed. Regarding the muscle repairs, I went back to consult Dr Pasquale a few times before surgery. He checked very carefully for a few times, He does not think that I need it. I did lot of research on all the Drs suggestions and different opinions and thoughts on the procedures, on line information, before and after photos. I think Dr Pasquale is the one I can trust and his knowledge and thoughts make most sense to me. Surgery is very smooth and I did fat transfer to the face at same time as well. The pain is lot less than I expected(I had a girlfriend did surgery with a different Dr who experienced very painful recovery so I was fully prepared at that time). Everything is much better than I prepared. The tummy tuck is beautifully done and the better shape is immediately seen after the garment was taken off. Dr Pasquale removed some fat on both side of my waist and it looks great. Boobs look so natural with perfect size after the swelling went down( when they were swelling I thought they were too big). They are very beautiful and look like my real boobs, but fancy real boobs. I am still recovering but I am so excited for my new life. Just cannot wait to wear the bikinis!!! And the jeans that can show off my flat belly!!! And all the fancy clothes with no huge push-ups!!! I am very grateful and feel lucky that I got to know Dr Pasquale. Horrible, unprofessional & rude admin and staff~ although beautiful office and seems like a talented surgeon.

Dr. Pasquale made injections with the filler 1 cc for $700. After a week, it was confirmed that there were no changes on the face and the injections did not work. The doctor confused the before and after photos several times. Doctor refused any refund and offered additional injections for free, which hurt a lot while telling me that it was my karma. Now, for a week after that, I have severe swelling and bruising under my eyes, but I have not seen any positive changes from the injections. I got my implants back in 2007 and got the tear drop ones. When I went for my post op, I told him one nipple was higher than the other and he wanted to charge me $3500 to fix his mistake. Literally one is high and one is low. Now it's 12 years later and these implants all over the news. We chose to do my surgeries with Dr.P after doing four other consultations with surgeons all over the island. Many variables led to this decision but the first was the feeling that communicating with his staff evoked. I appreciate that his staff is composed of LOCAL, real, compassionate, encouraging, and competent women who are as quick to respond to your calls (there are a lot of questions that come up in the weeks leading up to surgery!!) as they are gracious with pre surgery jitters. Second, Dr.P made sure that our consult started by going straight to his office, to get our questions answered (what we felt was the first order of business!). We were not forced to listen to a Ted talk style infomercial or to jump through any hoops before getting to what we actually drove to Honolulu from the north shore for- to talk to the dr! He never made us feel like he was in a rush, or that we were a nuisance. I decided to go with Dr.P because of his experience, the pricing (BETTER THAN ANYONE ON ISLAND!$), and other evidence based facts.... but what sealed the deal was how he made us feel. We really felt that he heard us. Day of surgery was smooth, everyone was excited and I basically blinked and woke up to it all being over! After surgery care was great as well, the staff (including dr.p) were very responsive to any of our questions and concerns. Dr. Michael Pasquale is an wonderful plastic surgeon. This is my second opportunity to have work done by him. This time I went in for a facelift and to increase my bust size. Dr. Pasquale did my first breast augmentation which was great! This time I just wanted my breasts larger. Dr. Pasquale is very candid and always asks what would you like done first. He then adds his expert thoughts and wah-lah...MAGIC! He is really great at what he does. He treated my body like a work of art. My second experience is even BETTER than the first! The gals who help him are sweet and thoughtful. His nurse Ko who assists him is patient, very knowledgeable and gracious. They are all very timely even with appointments. Dr. Pasquale re-did my boobs done previously by another surgeon, I had saline above the muscle that developed capsules. He fixed them and put in silicone under the muscle. Looks so natural and feels natural. I love them and highly recommend him! read more

Got my breast augmentation done in June of this year and so far I'm so happy with the results. The scarring around the areola is to a minimum. It's there and I notice it but it's not a big deal to me. I'm completely satisfied with the size. I went from a little smaller then a 34A to a 32DD/34D. Got the silicone gel implants and got 475cc. I have a smaller frame. As I was recovering I noticed that there were indentions on the insides of the breast when I laid down. As though my implants were moving too far outwards when I laid down. Addressed the issue to Dr and he's taking care of it right away. I honestly believe it's just how my body is. And after breastfeeding 4 kids and the drastic changes my breasts have made, there's no knowing what my outcome would be from the surgery. And I know everyone's body is different. It's only noticeable on both sides when I lay down. And when I'm standing up you can notice a little bit on the right side. But when I'm dressed with a bra on, not noticeable at all. This fix is more for my personal preference. Just because I know it's there and it bothers me. But Dr is taking care of everything and I'll be sure to check back in after that's done. I'll be doing a fat transfer under local anesthesia. Other then that, he's a great dr. Very kind and nice. Gets straight to the point. Takes great care of his patients. His staff is also so very nice. And I love that if I have any concerns, I could make an appt as much as I'd like to or need to. I highly recommend him to anyone looking into getting plastic surgery. read more

Just about week ago, I undergone a breast reconstruction from Dr. Michael Pasquale, from a complex size D to 400 CC. The staff alone are easy to talk to and appear very personable, understanding and PATIENT with all my questions and concerns. I sought out 2 other plastic surgeons before meeting Pasquale. My first impression from his office is amazingly new and modern, parking is a breeze. My surgery was held there, it gives a clean and safe ambience to undergo my procedure to want to have it there. After meeting with Dr. Pasquale he was easy to talk to, explained my "size D situation" to where it was simple and confident. He spoke to me more like a friend rather than a client, which was great about him. The anesthesiologist was amazing as well. I woke up from my surgery like I took a nap. Slightly less groggy, unlike from past experience that I've had. I was so surprised to have awaken up so peacefully as I did. I am currently still in a healing process and will yelp again for the finished outcome of my results! read more
