This place is near by next door To Kedo Oizza and Across the Parking lot area from Dunkin Dinuts , Nash And Smashed and the Polka Deli and market , And JC CRABHOUSE.. This is Nina Sushi Restaurant. This is called the Colesvlle Ninja Sushi . This place has a huge parking lot that soon needs t be repaved . As yu walk inside two double doors you see the hosts front counter cashier host area . This olace has a huge dining area. It has a desk where they have a management desk. In the back this place to the left has a huge sushi bar area where they show how to make the best sushis that people have ever had you cant fjnd anywhere else . On the left in the back they have a concealed kitchen area where they make all your favorite foods you can ever want here you cant fjnd anywhere else . This place has the best staff there you'll ever get to know. I think this lace is Family owned but im still doing research on that as we speak. As the hostess sits you at your table she hands you menus of all sorts of Asian Fantastic Foods you'll love there . They even have take out menus too . The have pick ups at the front counter cashier there too . This place has no wifi . I tried to see if they hire hosts or food runners outside te business. I handed in kt resume in person . I want the jib there without being Judged , Feared or Used bad politics on . I want to get the job there to be someone tgat can bridge all worlds that clje there . I like customer service and customer relations and custkmer interactions to help brng return cusykmer patrons to return . Me and my family have come there on several of occasions before the pandemic struck . But we Americans have to admit it was all of iur faults for the unjustifiable, Inexcusable, Unlawful, Reprehensible, And wrongful behaviors that should hae never have happened. Itshoyld never be Tolerated in any place of business .we all need to make amends and regain Trust in the businesses agaIn such as NINJA SUSHI . Quiet Sunday afternoon spot for good sushi. Overall not a bad location to grab some good sushi with great presentation. We ordered 3 rolls, edamame and 4 drinks. They cant make "spicy" edamame so we asked for spicy chili sauce/oil that they charged us $1.00 for which I find a bit odd. We ordered: 1 - Rock & Roll which came with cream cheese that was warm and unexpected. Not used to it coming warm. Dont reccomend. 2 - M-16 - highly recommend, really good! 3 - Crazy Salmon - also really good and reccomend. As for drinks, we ordered gold rush which was ok, tequila sunrise which was watery and 2 rainbow drinks which were better but they definitely dont have a strong poor. We were craving sushi and found this place on our way home. I never really know what to expect when a restaurant is in a strip mall, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was dimly lit inside. The sushi was fresh, presentation nice and the staff were very attentive. The drinks were pretty good too. We ordered the California Roll ($6.50), which was reasonably priced & made well. The OMG Roll ($9.50), which had smoked salmon, tempura eel, and avocado with a wasabi sauce drizzled on top, tasted really good. The Maki combo ($18.95) comes with salmon roll, tuna roll, and yellowtail roll. Everything came out well presented on the plate. A cup hot green tea was $2.95. They even gave us complimentary cake afterwards. Our server, Elaine, had a bit of an attitude and did not really check up on us - so service was a disappointment. They have a parking lot and plenty of seating inside. The place was overall very clean and was decorated really nicely. They also have a small bar for alcohol options as well. read more

Presentation made it appear much more but it was over ice and lemons. Kinda pricey for what you get. The salmon sashimi was fresh and we had a double order because each one only had 3 pieces. The red snapper is fried but tasted very good when dipped into the sauce. Thought the order comes with either soup or salad. It's nice cute place in a strip mall. We ordered rolls and hibachi. Sushi was good and there are lot of options. However I was little disappointed with the hibachi. The portion was good but the food was bland. The rice, veggies and the chicken all tasted the same. That's my only criticism. Other than that it's a good place to have a lunch or dinner. I love this place. I eat here often, I love the Baltimore & Godzilla Rolls, paired with the vegetable hibachi and a glass of Pinot Grigio and water. Delicious. They usually give you complimentary sticky rice balls as an appetizer & a strawberry sponge cake ordeal as a dessert when they aren't busy (Valentines day). I'm never going on Valentine's Day again because of the difference in service. They always provide great service though and the place is beautiful with the decor on the take and the dim lighting and soft music. FOOD- 5/5 the fire crab roll has to be my favorite of all time it was so good!! We were started with a random appetizer sushi. Everything was just so good and tasted so fresh. Ninja Sushi is one of the best sushi restaurants in the area and I've ordered from here over a dozen times. The ambiance is nice and fairly casual. Their service time is great whether you're eating in or getting carryout (order online and come pick it up). For appetizers, I really enjoy their Sexy Jalapeno and Carpaccio. The Sushi Pizza is a more fusion appetizer and worth a try. They have a good variety of sushi rolls to choose from. My favorite rolls are the special rolls. I'd recommend the Maryland Roll, Spicy Girl Roll, Special Cucumber Roll, Dynamite Roll, and Rainbow Roll. read more

Artful is the first word that comes to mind when the plates are presented at your table. In fact the server said if you want to take a photo, ... this is the front of the dish. We took her advice and snapped a few good pictures of our sushi rolls. The dishes had floral elements with mood lighting hidden in a small bed of dry rice noodles. The meal starts with a greeting from the chef, a hand delivered treat to whet your appetite. Our delicious seaweed salad followed and offset the mild heat of the chef's greeting. Our Tiger Roll and French Kiss Roll followed with the display as I described. After dinner we each got a small slice of cake not too sweet, just right. Went home totally happy. Oishii desu! As a holder of the Sushi Sensei badge, I knew it was my Yelp Elite duty to review this nearby place. I had been putting it off due to their extensive list of rolls. As anyone who has looked at my Jerry Dreams of Sushi collection knows, I am an unabashed sashimi snob; IMHO makizushi are just a way to obscure the taste of mediocre fish. So I decided to dip a toe by ordering the lunch sashimi. Ninja means "stealthy ones", and a single slot in a suburban shopping center hides in plain sight. Inside is a cozy room with comfy tables and booths, a small sushi bar, and a mural featuring the Great Wave filling one wall. Very rich miso soup to start. Very cute presentation of the sashimi plate, and my hopes rose when I saw they had used real shizo leaves instead of the common plastic. Nine slices of the iconic snapper, albacore, salmon, and tuna. Very good, and if that sounds like damning with faint praise, you should know that the benchmark is omakase from a shop that has catered for the Embassy of Japan. Fresh, full-bodied green tea, properly seasoned rice, very cordial service. I'm going with 5 ***** for value, as the price of the platter would buy one order at a really top end place. read more

A friend recommended Ninja sushi and I've had takeout a couple of times so far, it was fantastic sushi both times so I decided to dine in today. Service/ambiance: the staff is very friendly and very attentive. The place wasn't too crowded (went on Saturday around 8pm). There is decent seating area. The artistry on the walls is beautiful which creates a lively environment combined with the lighting and music. Food: From the apps to dessert, food was delicious. We started out with complimentary rice balls, seaweed salad, Ikayaki (grilled calamari), vegetable gyoza, which were all so fresh tasting. The vegetable gyoza and seaweed salad are a must from the apps. Sushi: we tried the sandwich roll, Fuji roll and dragon roll. For people that appreciate sushi with a little heat, sandwich roll is a great option, the combination of spicy tuna and spicy salmon with avocado is amazing. read more

Ohhhhh I wanted to love this place, not give it a mediocre 3 stars :( One plus is the restaurant itself is beautiful. Very pretty and clean. Not a bad place to take someone for a date. Here's the thing though...the food is only so-so. Definitely not bad, but nothing spectacular. The California roll was missing that extra oomph, as well as the dumpling soup. They both needed something and I couldn't quite put my finger on it. As a general rule I make it a point to try the "simple" items first. If they're not tasty, I won't come back. Sushi tends to be on the pricier side ($7.50 for a simple Cali roll and there wasn't any masago on top), so the desire to spend more money isn't there. The dumpling soup lacked flavor and came in at a $8.50 for a tiny container. I will say the dumplings themselves were tasty, but the broth was a total letdown. The Chicken Shrimp gyoza were delicious, and so was the sauce that came with it. A little sweet, sour, tangy, umami...just perfect. It looked like the dumpling and gyoza were the same, except one was boiled in the soup while the other was fried. I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally wanted to love them, but the price doesn't match the quality. My friend told me about this place and we already came back twice! It was in a pretty convenient area at the corner of Randolph rd and New Hampshire ave. The restaurant is not too big and very cozy. Staff were really nice and polite every time we went. I love how they always decorate their dishes with little flowers and lights. My little one likes it! We just found out about this place, and really enjoy it. This has become a regular spot for us - mainly for takeout. The ambiance isn't great, but good enough for a week night out. The quality of the sushi is above average, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The service is very good. They have a nice menu and can make whatever you like. I live in San Diego, where the sushi is prolific , fresh, and original in many cases. Then on a work trip I visited Ninja Sushi alone for dinner. Initially I was extremely impressed with the many offerings and creativity of the sushi on their extensive menu. Then.... I ordered 3 sushi and 1 sashimi dishes, and WOW! Not only did each of these delight me in their taste and texture, I had never before experienced the combination of flavors, fish types, sauces and even presentations. I was so impressed by my experience, I came back the next day for lunch with several work colleagues, and they were amazed as well. All of them were from the area, none knew of Ninja Sushi beforehand, and all said this was their new favorite sushi bar. This was the first time sushi experience for one of us, and she was super impressed with everything. She gets an award for bravery, but she may be disappointed if she ever visits a different sushi bar. In addition to the fantastic food, the service by the servers is the best. One of the servers who had taken my order the night before, even remembered exactly what I had ordered. The servers were very helpful in selecting our food, knew the menu well, and were very patient. The ambiance here is typical of all sushi bars, except they have many more tables. When I am in the area again, this restaurant is the top of my list for lunch or dinner. read more

Overall: Sushi is smallish, not filling portion even with two rolls, but tastes ok. Service is now too unpleasant for the small, ok-ish food. Backstory: We've ordered there for years. Suddenly, the order taker upcharges for the crunch topping. This has happened inconsistently, so we asked POLITELY what the standard is. She was hostile. We see that the sushi portion size has shrunken. Maybe they are on hard financial times, but the price is the same ir a little higher, so we expect break even service and normal sushi. That's not a certainty anymore, sadly. But this is local and we like to support local businesses. .... On the next visit, our order was unusually slow. Clearly, they (probably accidentally) overlooked it in the kitchen. The cashier was again rude when asked about the delay. Like, what?!? I'm not sure what's going on, but if they are tired of my business, or have some sort of bias against providing decent service to my multicultural community, we have to move on. Ninja Sushi is not essential to life. Life's too short to have myself or my kids snapped and grumbled at when just trying to be a regular customer. read more

I hate to give bad reviews honestly but this one sent me to the hospital so I must. I tried Ninja sushi for the first time since it was close by and got their Columbia Roll and Dragon Sushi. The eel in the dragon sushi seems to be fine until I finished chewing it and was swallowing the food and a cluster of bones lodged themselves into the soft pallet in the roof on my mouth and tonsil area. I was able to get a lot of it out but one bone was still stuck in the back. The tast of the food wasn't great either as they skimped on the fish and put huge slices of avocado there. The rolls came up to $40 and the amount of fish in there was tiny compared to rice and veggies. The Columbia role had the thickest layer or soy paper ive ever seen and a huge chunk of the filling was fried Kani that was so small and thickly breaded. Also, for some reason, both rolls had a bedding of very thick and sticky old cooking oil. I couldn't finish and I wound up going to the hospital to retrieve the bones. I have an ENT appointment to get the last bone out as the urgent care place could not do it in house. The only thing good I can say about this place is their customer service was good and the person taking the phone order was nice. But those doing the food prep need to be retrained. Damn! How did I not know there was such good sushi nearby?? We stopped in for a friend's birthday and I'm so glad I was introduced to this gem. First off, the service is delightful. Our server was so friendly and so helpful, always quick to refill the water glasses and take away any empty plates. They also just let us sit there and hang and gab without getting annoyed that we were there too long. But it's really the food we want to talk about, right? We started with the sushi pizza. How have I never heard of this before? I now can't imagine life without sushi pizza. The crispy, chewy rice - oh yeah! We shared a selection of sushi as well, including a California roll, the red dragon roll, and the tuna love roll. All were very good! The tuna love is super cute in its presentation, and tasty to boot! We also ordered vegetable tempura, which was crispy and delicious. Finally, we had the fried ice cream. I think the choices of fish was good, it has yellow tail, Salmon, Tuna, red snapper, white tuna, and octopus. I wish they'd gave us Ikura and Toro but can't complain since you get like 20 pieces sashimi, 15 pieces nigiri and 2 Maki rolls for $80. read more

We've enjoyed sushi from Ninja Sushi. So this is not going to be a one-star review. I realize this is a minority opinion, but it's not 4-star or 5-star either. Our carry-out order has been wrong like three times. Also, the yellowtail that we had on July 9 was unlike any yellowtail I've had in many years of eating sushi. And it didn't taste good either. I told them. They said, "Maybe it's a different brand," and "We sell a lot of yellowtail, and we never have quality problems." They wouldn't give a refund or offer to replace with something else. And just in case you want to try out their seared salmon belly, it was not good at all. It wasn't "just OK." More like "ick." Kusshi's is much less expensive, and it's insanely good. I didn't complain about the seared salmon belly, so this is more in the nature of a heads up. It's on the specials board when you first walk in. read more
