I had my hair lightened at this salon and they chemically fried nearly half of it off. It's so…read moredamaged!!!! The damaged parts broke off where the blonde hair dye overlapped for a root touch up and the broken hair is about an inch or two long. It's impossible to do anything with. I have been trying to grow my hair out for years and this is a MAJOR set back. Looking like a pixie cut is the only solution for my goofy looking hair that cost several hundred dollars. I'd expect something like this to happen at a beauty school, not a professional salon. I do not take any supplements or medications, my hair is already a dark blonde/light brown color. I use expensive professional hair products. It was a very disheartening experience and every morning I wake up to get ready I'm so disappointed by the way I look because of my hair damage.

I just tell Gloria I want to get my wife something for her birthday and she shops for me, while I lounge in the comfortable leather chairs set off in one corner of the store. Gloria selects two or three items, I pick one and I'm done. Totally painless. Not only does my wife always love her selections, but when she goes to work the next day her friends comment " that is so cute, where you get it". " My husband got for me at Gloria's." It is like giving two gifts.
