She gave me the option of refunding my money or I had to keep the dress that had a altered collar and made the look completely different. It's very similar with product but without the warmth and congeniality of the staff. There were no customers in the store. The person at the register had no personality and no care for the items purchased basically throwing in as an afterthought Some tissue paper. I'm probably not being fair But when your competition is a big box store you need to stand out in a special way to attract people. Shopping local should be an experience as it was under previous ownership.. I was expecting at the very least the same kind of attention to detail-- friendliness of staff maybe some enthusiasm but that was not the case and sadly we will not be back.
