The damaged parts broke off where the blonde hair dye overlapped for a root touch up and the broken hair is about an inch or two long. It's impossible to do anything with. I have been trying to grow my hair out for years and this is a MAJOR set back. Looking like a pixie cut is the only solution for my goofy looking hair that cost several hundred dollars. I'd expect something like this to happen at a beauty school, not a professional salon. I do not take any supplements or medications, my hair is already a dark blonde/light brown color. I use expensive professional hair products. It was a very disheartening experience and every morning I wake up to get ready I'm so disappointed by the way I look because of my hair damage.

She gave me the option of refunding my money or I had to keep the dress that had a altered collar and made the look completely different. After talking with her she was able to call another store of hers and produce the correct dresses. If I had not went thru this ordeal I would have rated the store five stars.

They did not greet me when I walked in nor asked if I needed any assistance as they passed me on the sales floor. When I walked into the dressing room the attendant looked at me as if I was in the wrong place and acted as if I should just know that I'm supposed to walk in to try things without letting them count how many items I have. I just tell Gloria I want to get my wife something for her birthday and she shops for me, while I lounge in the comfortable leather chairs set off in one corner of the store. Gloria selects two or three items, I pick one and I'm done. Totally painless. Not only does my wife always love her selections, but when she goes to work the next day her friends comment " that is so cute, where you get it". " My husband got for me at Gloria's." It is like giving two gifts.
