I had my hair lightened at this salon and they chemically fried nearly half of it off. It's so…read moredamaged!!!! The damaged parts broke off where the blonde hair dye overlapped for a root touch up and the broken hair is about an inch or two long. It's impossible to do anything with. I have been trying to grow my hair out for years and this is a MAJOR set back. Looking like a pixie cut is the only solution for my goofy looking hair that cost several hundred dollars. I'd expect something like this to happen at a beauty school, not a professional salon. I do not take any supplements or medications, my hair is already a dark blonde/light brown color. I use expensive professional hair products. It was a very disheartening experience and every morning I wake up to get ready I'm so disappointed by the way I look because of my hair damage.

The new owner management leaves MUCH to be desired! My daughter and I were excited to see that the shop was purchased and visited Saturday to check out the place. It's very similar with product but without the warmth and congeniality of the staff. There were no customers in the store. The person at the register had no personality and no care for the items purchased basically throwing in as an afterthought Some tissue paper. I'm probably not being fair But when your competition is a big box store you need to stand out in a special way to attract people. Shopping local should be an experience as it was under previous ownership.. I was expecting at the very least the same kind of attention to detail-- friendliness of staff maybe some enthusiasm but that was not the case and sadly we will not be back.
