I think we dropped it off the afternoon of a Friday and it was ready Saturday morning. We were so impressed that I had brought in a watch to have a battery replacement and be cleaned up as well. This didn't quite go as planned and after picking it up I had noticed a few small scratches on the back of the watch from whatever tool they used to take it off. After calling in and letting them know they asked I bring it back in to be fixed. I did just that and now the watch is as good as new. Super happy with their services and their customer support. I fully realize accidents happen and not everything is perfect but the way they handled the mistake was great and the timeliness of the turnaround gained our trust. Will be taking other pieces in, in the future.

Got my necklace back measuring at 24'' when I sent my necklace in measuring at 18''. I was so upset. I called asking for answers and they told me "it happens" what does that even mean. There are two things I want to compliment…read more First of all, the jeweler did a fabulous job. I had a watch that I had purchased 30 years ago in Barcelona and the watchband broke. A high-end jewelry store in Seattle told me this was a very distinctive pin structure holding the band in place and that I would need to take it back to where I purchased it from; when I explained that that was impossible, they said there was nothing I could do. I then tried another watch merchant in the mall at Kennewick, who also said there was nothing that they could do -- but they referred me to IK Jewelers elsewhere in the mall. The IK jeweler did what no one else could do--fixing the pin and the watchband, all without any trouble and for a modest $15. Second, as I was talking with the jeweler, it came up that I have been in rough personal period. He was empathetic and shared encouragement. He did not exceed any boundaries, he did not go beyond what I welcomed in our conversation, but he shared some valuable life philosophy that I found encouraging. As both a jeweler and a compassionate human being, I recommend him with no hesitations whatsoever.
