Sandwich trio
Alyanna T.

My partner and I shared the galbi, sandwich trio, gochujang bolognese, deviled mayak gyeran, and gochujang brownies - TASTE: 4/5 - loved the brownies! Enjoyed the bolognese sauce and sweet & spicy marinated deviled eggs. Glad we tried the galbi coffee too TEXTURE: 4/5 - like the contrast of the thick-sliced milk bread against each sandwich's filling and how thick and creamy the deviled eggs were PRICE: 4/5 - expected the higher price points. Total came to $49 SERVING SIZE: 3/5 - small portions, wish everything we got was bigger! SERVICE: 4/5 - walked in at 1pm on a Sunday and three parties were inside. Our food came out 5-15min after ordering, and the employee at the register was super nice ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - colorful murals and cute furniture / decor in a small, intimate spot (maybe 15 seats total?). Has previously visited Nine Winters in Bow Market, and happy to see them in this new space and growing PARKING: 4/5 - got a street spot right in front of Nine Winters on Concord Ave

Got the Sujeonggwa and Garlic bread. The Sujeonggwa was a great mix of flavors (I like espresso tonics and found this to be a similar flavor profile). The garlic bread was loaded and a great mix of savory and sweet. Went on a Sunday AM and there was little line and ample parking.

Neighborhood bakery with a variety of unique Korean inspired flavors in their pastry and bread options. Definitely can get bish especially on weekend mornings with lines going to the door but service is pretty quick to manage it. I highly recommend getting the gochujang sticky bun, tearing it and dipping it into the garlic bread filling. Super delicious sweet/savory combo that makes me want to come back just to eat it. If I'm in the area again I'll have to come try their donuts since that's what they're known for. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area though parking can be a bit hard to find.

Original and unique Korean twists on bakery and cafe items including Gochujang chocolate milk bread donut, doenjang apple blondies, and milk punch. The milk bread donut was soft and pillowy with a chew that is almost reminiscent of mochi with a shiny thin glaze of chocolate with mild savory kick of Gochujang. The apple blondie has a tender crumb with chunks of baked apple. The milk punch was a refreshing iced beverage unlike anything I've had before. So many other pastries, cakes, and beverages I'd love to come back to try out. Cute surrounding neighborhood vibes and interior / design that gives whimsical and children-friendly.

I love the unique options offered here! We shared a plate of the gochujang bolognese but I could've eaten this plate all by myself. The heat in the sauce and the chewy pasta gets addictive. The iced latte was really good, and the milk bread is also soft. We wanted to get those milk bread donuts, but heard those were sold out within 2 hours of opening. I can't wait to see this bakery grow with all these great food offerings!

This cute bakery opened up in Cambridge and it's very good! My friend and I got an assortment of items at 10am and they already sold out of a couple baked goods. I personally really enjoyed the cream bun and the cheese garlic bread. They were pretty quick with the service despite the long line in the morning. I'll have to come back to try a couple more items!

Tried this new Cambridge bakery today and was not disappointed. The infusion of Asian flavors makes for unique and delicious twists on bakery classics. The Gochujang sticky bun, black sesame chocolate chip cookie and triple pepper ginger cookie were my favorites. The cakes and cream puffs also look amazing but I figured I'd save something for my next visit! The space was cozy and clean and the staff were friendly and fast with service.

Great service and delicious for an after dinner dessert!…read more We came here around 7/8 on a weekend and the place was still pretty busy, but we managed to get a table in the back. They have some seating, but it easily could be a grab and go spot as well. Space was nice and ambiance felt very warm. Three of us shared a flight and while pricy, it was a good variety and every flavor was surprisingly super well done. My favorite was the Dump Him as I'm a fan of a ton of toppings in one singular flavor. Overall, this was a great ice cream spot and I would love to come back to try more of their flavors!

Delicious small batch ice cream! Great place to walk in and sit down on an afternoon…read more They were very kind in letting us sample multiple flavors for the pint we planned to buy. The oat milk latte flavor is one of the best dairy free flavors I've tried! I ended up getting the "Making Me Nuts" which I liked so much I came back later in the week. Unfortunately, in my first time, there weren't any Reese's in the ice cream so I was very surprised when the Reese's dominated the same ice cream flavor when I ordered it the second time. I'm not sure if this was an intentional changing of the flavor or if the scoop was dramatically different within the same flavor batch, but I was jarred. I didn't really love the texture of the Reese's in the flavor the second time around. That said, I love the base flavor of the ice cream here and it's a very reasonably priced treat, so I'll keep coming back!

What a gem of a bakery in Somerville! Every dessert on display at this cozy, Palestinian-owned…read morebakery looked so scrumptious. We had such a hard time choosing and settled on the walnut baklava roll and the muska kataifi pisatchio. Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful and even with a line out the door, they were able to keep things moving smoothly. They also gave us small chai samples while we waited to be helped (the chai was spicy and not overly sweet). The baklava and kataifi were perfect -- no notes. Baklava had a great ratio of flaky pastry layers to walnuts. Each bite had the right about of crunch and nuttiness. The amount of syrup used was just right also. Kataifi struck a similarly great balance: a crunchy and sweet shredded wheat exterior rounded out by the richness of pistachios. I wish I could come here all the time and try everything. Definitely keeping this place bookmarked for any future trips to Boston.

Harissa: Sweet but not overwhelming, fragrant yet not greasy, it was what traditional desserts supposed to be. And what I appreciate most is its muffin-like moist and smooth texture. Baklava Rolls / Walnut: Crispy on the outside, while sugary and nutty fragrant on the inside. The aroma of cinnamon and cardamom were mild and easy to accept. It kind of reminded me of the Almond Roca candy. To emphasize, the service was unexpectedly considerate. As a new customer, I simply asked the assistant for recommendations, and she offered me samples of 4 kinds of desserts and a cup of Yafa Chai Karak to try. Although it was hard to get accustomed to the spices, I still appreciate the kindness.

This is their policy and it's fine, just seems wasteful. This also makes it hard to try the unique flavors :( I wouldn't have had an issue (since it's their own policy) but the replacement portion was way smaller. I'm not sure if the staff was having a bad day or not, but it seemed like asking for a replacement flavor was purposefully made uncomfortable to deter you from asking? (P.S. Paying $6 for very little portions plus not having samples of flavors seems counterintuitive.) Also, Horchata is a rice based drink (with its main liquid being milk, water is also added though), so how can that be a vegan option? If they were able to actually have it taste like Horchata (with or without milk) that would've been fine, but it tasted like water + cinnamon. This was the flavor that brought me to this place so I was disappointed :( Overall, I might come back for the Cold Brew and Brown Sugar Vanilla flavors when I want a sweet treat (there are other sweet places for a better price and experience). But the fact that I ended up liking two of the most basic flavors out of the whole menu disappoints me :/

The Reuben was perfectly grilled and rich in flavor and the fries were lightly crispy and well seasoned. The cocktails were fantastic with a good array of flavor profiles. Service was great, as well, and we were well attended to throughout. The cocktails is where the place shines - all fantastic, perfectly balanced and delicious. Service was warm and inviting. Our bartender did a great job of walking us through the menu, and had a delightful personality that genuinely added to our experience. The front area feels closer to a coffee house or bookstore than a bar - which made it very cozy. I'd be interested in coming back for classes and workshops. While I do crave real chopped liver in lieu of eggplant or pastrami for beets - I honestly didn't feel like I was missing anything. Oh, and that dessert! Chocolate pave was so dang good.
