This is the cutest little bakery with breads and pastries with an Asian twist to them. I came here on a Saturday afternoon and there were some seats available. I ordered a garlic cheese bread which had a lot of cream cheese filling but also a bit of honey glaze with the garlic seasoning. It was an amazing balance of sweet and savory. I also ordered a sweet potato latte which unfortunately you cannot control the sugar level but was still pretty tasty. They were sweet enough to give me their wifi password so I could do some work while I was there. To go I also ordered a gochujang sticky bun and a black sesame cookie. The cookie was perfectly nutty but a little too fragile? It broke apart and crushed a little too easily. The gochujang sticky bun was an interesting flavor. I could almost do with a little more gochujang for a stronger kick but the spicy flavor is definitely there. read more

Adorable bakery that just opened its door officially! It smells absolutely incredible when you walk in. I came during lunchtime and I smelled a combination of fresh bread, garlic, and chocolate. There's a handful of seats to lounge around and a small selection of baked goods available. Delivery isn't currently available yet and milk bread donuts were all sold out but I'm going to come earlier next time to grab some. The milk punch was extremely refreshing and aesthetic to drink from. The garlic bread was also super doughy and savory! Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Glad we tried the galbi coffee too TEXTURE: 4/5 - like the contrast of the thick-sliced milk bread against each sandwich's filling and how thick and creamy the deviled eggs were PRICE: 4/5 - expected the higher price points. Total came to $49 SERVING SIZE: 3/5 - small portions, wish everything we got was bigger! SERVICE: 4/5 - walked in at 1pm on a Sunday and three parties were inside. Got the Sujeonggwa and Garlic bread. The Sujeonggwa was a great mix of flavors (I like espresso tonics and found this to be a similar flavor profile). The garlic bread was loaded and a great mix of savory and sweet. Went on a Sunday AM and there was little line and ample parking. read more

Neighborhood bakery with a variety of unique Korean inspired flavors in their pastry and bread options. Definitely can get bish especially on weekend mornings with lines going to the door but service is pretty quick to manage it. I highly recommend getting the gochujang sticky bun, tearing it and dipping it into the garlic bread filling. Super delicious sweet/savory combo that makes me want to come back just to eat it. If I'm in the area again I'll have to come try their donuts since that's what they're known for. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area though parking can be a bit hard to find. read more

I wouldn't come on a Tuesday, as that's the start of a new week at None Winters Bakery. I was bummed that the milk punch wasn't available yet and there were no gochujang brownies. There were, however, Korean garlic buns and triple ginger cookies. Both were winners in my book between the savory-sweet combo of the garlic buns and spiciness and chewiness of the ginger cookies. If I return, I'll make a note to pop in on a Saturday morning for donuts, especially if they're on the same level as those Korean garlic buns. Original and unique Korean twists on bakery and cafe items including Gochujang chocolate milk bread donut, doenjang apple blondies, and milk punch. The milk bread donut was soft and pillowy with a chew that is almost reminiscent of mochi with a shiny thin glaze of chocolate with mild savory kick of Gochujang. The apple blondie has a tender crumb with chunks of baked apple. The milk punch was a refreshing iced beverage unlike anything I've had before. So many other pastries, cakes, and beverages I'd love to come back to try out. Cute surrounding neighborhood vibes and interior / design that gives whimsical and children-friendly. read more

I love the unique options offered here! We shared a plate of the gochujang bolognese but I could've eaten this plate all by myself. The heat in the sauce and the chewy pasta gets addictive. The iced latte was really good, and the milk bread is also soft. We wanted to get those milk bread donuts, but heard those were sold out within 2 hours of opening. I can't wait to see this bakery grow with all these great food offerings! read more

This cute bakery opened up in Cambridge and it's very good! My friend and I got an assortment of items at 10am and they already sold out of a couple baked goods. I personally really enjoyed the cream bun and the cheese garlic bread. They were pretty quick with the service despite the long line in the morning. Tried this new Cambridge bakery today and was not disappointed. The infusion of Asian flavors makes for unique and delicious twists on bakery classics. The Gochujang sticky bun, black sesame chocolate chip cookie and triple pepper ginger cookie were my favorites. The cakes and cream puffs also look amazing but I figured I'd save something for my next visit! The space was cozy and clean and the staff were friendly and fast with service. read more

Stopped by Nine Winters Bakery at around 10:30am on a Saturday morning. It's a cute but small space with seating room for ~10 people. Most people ordered to-go. The line inside wasn't too long, but it moved slowly as people asked about and selected their pastries. One small suggestion I'd have is to add labels for all the pastries, as only those in the front were labeled and there are so many interesting flavors! Of the 3 pastries I ordered, my favorite by far was the gochujang sticky bun, which was a soft bun with a nice sticky/crispy gochujang-citrus glaze. The other two pastries (milk cream bun and garlic bread) were not my favorite, as the cream bun lacked flavored and the bread was not as fluffy as I'd hoped, and the cream cheese on the garlic bread was quite sweet and didn't come together as well as I'd want with the bread. I didn't order any drinks, but they had a unique coffee selection. I'd also want to try their lunch menu (available after 11:30am), which had interesting dishes like gochujang bolognese. Overall, it's a promising new bakery that has some small kinks to work out but I'm excited about the unique flavors and potential. read more

Fantastic place with very unique offerings. Had an orange, espresso drink that was fantastic. Just the right Hint of sweetness. Garlic bun was great too. Being over critical we would say the vanilla cake was too sweet and the gochujang noodles were good, a touch salty but loved the fusion w the Asian noodles and well done bolo base. It's on the pricey side for a half portion of pasta though so probably would t get again. Overall great place though that should make other places envious of how unoriginal the rest of the Boston area is. read more

Simply darling in aesthetic and aroma - savory scents of garlic, gochujang, sugar caramelization abound. I was surprised by the extensive menu of several signature drinks, including the daily milk punch - today's was cherry, sage, and more. I ordered a signature coffee drink, a hot black smoky medium roast with an apple-ginger syrup. The ceramic mug was also darling, and the coffee could have been a bit hotter. Paired well with the softest peanut butter cookie with crunchy peanut brittle-like chili crisp shards resting on top. Seating consisted of 3-4 very small high tables with 1 high-chair at each, and 2 regular round tables seating 4 each. Owner had been busting the goods out since 5am and brought my treats to my table. This new location and bakery is an outstanding place to visit. The baked goods and drinks are to die for. The staff is extremely friendly and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. The breads, baked good and especially the oatmeal curry cookies are delicious.
