We got a low bid contractor and even supplied flooring, baseboard, and cleanup to keep the cost down. We would be dinged on our homeowners insurance if we let them pay the claim but that wasn't right because we had no fault in the problem. They probably spent more in wages and time from 11/18/24 - 4/25/25 than just paying the claim. The guys at Nyholm's were uncooperative from the get go and it took me a week and half just to find out who their insurance company was and there was so much more after that. They don't stand behind their workmanship or help for their customers. On top of that I would never buy any digital Speed Queen products and even their newer non digital.
