All the kids were under 5 so we wanted something that would be easy for them to climb up and down by themselves and of course be safe for kids that small. They had about 10-12 of that style to choose from which was great. We got a cute blue yellow and it went great with our preschool theme. We did the event at Parents Nursery School in Palo Alto and we had it set up in our little outside play area. They helped us pick out not only the right style but also which one would be a good fit for our specific play area.

It seems that they might be a father daughter circus act. Neither of them have any comedic timing. All stunts seemed flat, dull, robotic, and were frankly not interesting to watch. I think they lost 75% of their audience right from the get go. The only thing cool to watch were the LED lights in the juggling pins and hoops. Even though you might have 30 years of experience it was painful to watch and I felt really bad for both the performers and the audience.

They have worked with me on exactly what I need to engage our preschool guests and have been conscience about the time and theme we are setting for the day. From a bubble show, to juggling, to puppets, every party so far has been a hit! The last one, we asked only for the face painting and even just this was a delight. The children's eyes widen with the performances. The children get anxious to get in a line for face painting or balloon pets and simply the interaction from the Artist. Barrel full of Monkeys has experience with this audience. What is awesome is they are professional with their craft and character. Through out the time, they interact with the kids and add to the fantasy which is still alive in little eyes. A household while working full time is busy. I considered mixing it up and trying other party entertainment companies but when you have bought into something this good, thoroughly worth it--it's a no fail. I have actually apologized to Kristen for coming to them again for the 4th time but I'm reassured they have a diverse mix of magic, tricks, bubbles, face painting, balloons, and costume. Sari and Leonard arrived early to setup and displayed a super positive and find attitude throughout the event. The petting zoo was so fun that just a few kids were interested in face painting :) they just couldn't get their eyes off the animals that were super well setup on the lawn. Leonard took the kids for a spin on the pony carriage which was a blast to see. We had an extremely happy 6-13 year olds by the time they left.
