Sari and Leonard arrived early to setup and displayed a super positive and find attitude throughout the event. The petting zoo was so fun that just a few kids were interested in face painting :) they just couldn't get their eyes off the animals that were super well setup on the lawn. Leonard took the kids for a spin on the pony carriage which was a blast to see. We had an extremely happy 6-13 year olds by the time they left. Even in the middle of all the pre-party chaos, Sara kindly took my call and offered me great options. Since she had another event scheduled right after ours, we decided to keep the original plan. I heard about Happily Ever Laughter through a moms group on Facebook. I was looking for a face…read morepainter for one of the busiest Saturdays of the year and was thrilled when the company had an opening. We decided on face painting, a glitter bar and time for entertainment. Gale was our assigned fairy; she reached out a few days before our event. The morning of, we found out very last minute that we had to change our venue due to rain and Gale was flexible and was right on pace - after a quick text to her, she showed up as the new location on time. She arrived in a very festive Encanto/Mirabel outfit; our location change ended up being to our home and garage. Gale led an entertaining puppet show (several other parents thought for a short while that her rabbit puppet was a real animal) - kids and parents enjoyed it! The kids loved her artistry with her glittery tattoos on their face and hands. Her balloon animals were also a huge hit. It was fantastic to have 1 person with so many great skills to keep kids happy. As my husband and I were running the party, we loved the fact that we were able to keep ~25 2 to 5 year olds entertained for the 3 hour party (2 hours during which Gale was there). It was the best decision to have hired her. Booking with the company was also very easy and organized; I highly recommend it and would do it again. There was communication every step of the way and the owner went out of his way to ensure our visit from Deadpool was personalized and tailored to fit our party's needs. She was so friendly and so much more interactive than the "chain" bridal shop I had been to. I had shown her a few photos of different dresses I liked and explained exactly what I did not want. She came back with 4 dresses and the very first one I tried I absolutely loved! I did try on all her options she presented and I had seen a dress I inquired about but she advised it was out of my budget. She didn't push that dress and we did end up trying it on for fun but she was transparent the price couldn't go down so I appreciate that she was honest and not a pushy saleswoman. Turns out the very first dress I tried on this appointment was the dress I ended up picking. She nailed it from the first dress. The dress needed some adjustment as it was completely see through on the waist and she showed us options to line it with a nice fabric so my skin wouldn't be exposed. I felt so comfortable knowing we can fix the dress and adjust how we wanted with very little pushback. She offered her expertise and knowledge on how to fix the dress the best way. My alteration appointment was very straight to the point and the tailor had a lot of experience. My dress did need some second alterations as there was some corset type material poking into my skin causing discomfort and she was very nice about how to make the dress more comfortable When it was time to pick up my dress Georgette was so great with helping my mom understand the bustle process and was very thorough and kind. She provided so many helpful tips and really cared about the interaction. She didn't rush us out Great experience! Great staff! And great dress selections!
