Our cushions were wrapped up nicely with plastic upon picking them up which helped a lot with transportation. Fernando also provided stellar customer service at the site and helped me load/unload my car with the cushions which was amazing! The sofa was a quality piece of furniture that I bought via House of Values years ago. The sectional was in great shape, so it didn't need to be replaced, just made better looking. Patrick at Cre-8-a-Couch (who made a different sofa for me a couple of years ago) recommended that I take my blue sofa cushion backs to George for re-stuffing. It took a few weeks, but when the cushions were done, it made my sofa look and feel new again. I dare say, better than new! George's cost was reasonable and his company did excellent work. I am absolutely delighted. When I was at George's place, I noticed the work they were doing re-upholstering several sofas and chairs. They do beautiful precision work. Do not hesitate to take your furniture to George and his team; they are really top notch!!!

Despite some inconvenience (they don't pick-up for you), I trusted the good reviews, and the chairs initially looked great. Well over time the chairs have come apart at the seams! Stuffing is coming out, and the buttons have fallen off and been re-glued. The thing is the previous upholstery was worn where you would expect (the seat) and actually held up quite well for a few decades - these chairs are mostly sat in by guests and the fact that they are ripping at the seams (same places on BOTH chairs) means the issue is with the work, not the fabric. I did contact the business about this and have had no response at all. Don't give them your business.
