Everyone was always so kind and understanding, always kept very good communication and respond fairly quick to any questions or concerns we would have. Truly made our whole planning and the day of experience as easy as one can have planning a wedding they were very welcoming and understanding with everything we had brought to them and was more than willing to work with us with our culture, vendors, family, and everything else that came along with the day. We especially really appreciated Jaime she had helped us most being our coordinator she was a rockstar and made all our dreams and visions come true, one of the sweetest most understanding women we had ever met. The venue also itself is beautiful and not too expensive at all compared to other venues we had looked at. Definitely would do any form of special event there and amazing for photos! I understand if you were too busy or lost my request but to not answer me back at all whatsoever is awful. I was looking forward to raving about your service. SWP, please hire someone and fix the rides. Your park will have a lot more patrons if you hire someone to fix the rides. You can double the entry fee and people will still come if the rides are operational. Unfortunately if these don't get fixed, I fear this place may shut down eventually. Pro tip: Bring your own stick, string, hook (paperclip) and hot dogs to catch the crawdads. And Ask for discounts when making reservations.

The entire day felt effortless on our end because Rene had everything completely under control. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking--our lakefront ceremony on-site was stunning and set the tone for the entire celebration. Guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful and serene it was. From there, the night just kept getting better. We had an incredible violinist (who even performed with Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl!) which added such a unique and elevated touch. Our grand entrance with cold sparklers was unforgettable and felt like something straight out of a movie. And then--our Glambot moment! It truly felt like we were at the Oscars, and our guests had an absolute blast with it. To make things even more unforgettable, our Frenchie was our flower girl and made a grand entrance in a Porsche kids ride-on car, completely stealing the show. And as if that wasn't enough, our 100lb Sulcata tortoise was our ring bearer--yes, really! Rene handled all of these unique details flawlessly like it was just another day at the office. Dinner was elegant and delicious, perfectly plated and timed, and the cocktails were amazing--our guests loved that the bar stayed open all night. Rene also did an incredible job keeping the energy up and guests engaged from start to finish. There was never a dull moment. We've had countless guests tell us it was "the wedding of the century," and we owe so much of that to Rene. Then this is the person for you. Lizeth constantly wouldn't reply to messages. Cancelled or showed up late to everything, including setting up the chairs for my wedding. Yes, she texted my day of coordinator at 5 am ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDING, saying she wasn't going to be there at the agreed upon time of 10 am, saying she'd be there at noon then showed up at 1 pm. Hit the trees of the venue with her truck. Brought the wrong cake stand so I sent $220 for a cake table and had to use the cardboard from the baker. My flowers had awful metal pieces and zip ties on them. I was embarrassed of what I had for my wedding party. Let alone my colors had gold and she put silver all over everything. Then she didn't show up to pick up her stuff at the time she said she would the following day and asked me to keep them another day, even though I'm out of state. If you want your wedding to go wrong, she's definitely your girl. Too bad zero stars aren't a thing.
